            Suggestions* clear indication on any website for east drop off/pick up at venue for daddy dropping off wife and ******* to their first concert.* clearly marked doors for entry that are close to our seats so we aren't walking so far.* Food/drinks/potty outside venue while we waited.* Easy entry for little kids. If airplanes can make accommodations for kids, I believe a venue of State Farm's caliber can too.* More concessions open and ample food for concert goers on all levels.* The merch situation was frustrating, but thats on TS's team, not State Farm's. However it would've been nice to have merch on all levels and/or more merch tables or merch workers to move lines along faster.Seats/show- our seats were 406 row 19, seats *****. Everyone stood in front of us. My ******* couldn't see anything. I had to hold each one on my hips so they could see. A fabulous combined weight of 125lbs I held so they could both see...

            Awful staff here. They ignored us and refused to answer our questions even when asking their name to further escalate the situation. I ended up having to take video of how I was being treated after they refused to give their names from CARE security. We then entered the stadium and were still attacked almost every 10 minutes. They then took our names on a clipboard to ensure we complied. We never did anything other than ask why we as a woman couldnt bring in a wallet while every man walked in with one. We were still ignore and then had the police put on us to remove us. I asked why I cant express my first amendment right and they said its not a right on stadium grounds. I cannot believe the way I was treated and will never return. Feel free to email me at *****************************. for all evidence of them degrading me and ignoring me. I will pursue a lawsuit against this terrible facility.
