When I called this company in March, they immediately answered and sent out a rep to look at my roof and i was given a price for some repairs or lifting all the tiles to replace felt and flashing but didn't mention anything about needing to have my solar panels removed. The smaller job was $8000 roughly and the more detailed work would cost about $14000 and change. The owner sent me a text in April soliciting my business. On April 17th this company took my deposit of $7260 but failed to mention i would need to pay and look for a company to remove solar panels in order for them to service my roof. They tried to help by finding a company but were unable so i agreed to the lesser service. Unfortunately, on almost a weekly basis after, contactors hired failed to show up and the excuses started pouring to included the weather and the staff needing long weekends to recuperate. However, when I mentioned a request for a refund, they were quick to guaranty the contactors would come. When I started texting almost every day they would tell me they were coming, or needed a longer weekend or were showing up when they didn't. It is now July 5 and they didn't come last week for whatever reason but the roofer wanted to have a longer weekend because of the holiday. They are now avoiding refunding my deposit with one last request to give them till Monday. Nice people but I wouldn't use them to repair my roof not because of poor quality but because they don't ever show up after they get their money and the owner will not return calls or answer her phone.
