5 starsExcellent **************** started with the first phone call to schedule an appointment. Continued on throughout the process of deciding to go with a new heat pump, waiting for installation, and follow-up from the company. They went above and beyond my expectations. They stand by their products. They have professional and friendly Installers and Technicians. I cannot say enough good things about Air Control Home Services. Very happy that I picked this company for a new heat pump to replace a very old A/C and furnace. Thrilled that they are licensed to do work in **. I live in ********. On February 22 I called the company to repair my heating and air unit they told me they would have to order the parts. I have called for two months and still no parts I had to install a different heating source during the cold months to stay warm. The parts were under warranty and they keep telling me they are on back, order and they haven't come in yet.

Our call logs also show that we have called you every Wednesday afternoon since the order was placed to update you on the status of your parts. Unfortunately, the availability of necessary parts is handled by the manufacturer and when the parts are backordered there isn't much we can do. It is very frustrating for us but I can imagine even more frustrating for you.
