    DO NOT purchase from them they make the sale say there is a warrenty but if you call they will hang up on you over and over

    Customer purchased unit 2 years prior and never had installation completed until now. The customer was extremely rude with every employee they encountered. Norwall provided telephone numbers from the manf that handles they warranty aspect for their own product. Customer was upset that ********************** would not call the manf and handle the warranty, that is NOT provided by Norwall. This is a manf warranty. Norwall advised the customer to contact their installer, as possibly could be an installation error and to start there 1st. Customer or person calling on the actual customers behalf was not satisfied with any help Norwall had to offer, but continued to be unprofessional and confrontational. Norwall employees will not stay on the phone and continue to be harassed by vulgar behavior, that is why the phone calls were ended.

    Ordered a Generac generator on 3/2022. Was supposed to be delivered 12/2022. No updates unless we called. Was told when we called that new delivery date was 3/2023. That date came and went. Called again, new date is 7/2023. Not holding our breath!

    We apologize if the customer had a poor experience. ********************** reached out to the customer 8/10/22 with the most current lead times provided by Generac the manf. The lead times and availability are out of Norwall's control and are the sole discretion of Generac. The generator was shipped 6/14/23.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees are combative and dishonest. I placed three different orders and had issues with two of them. Save yourself the headache.

    Customer ordered a product, the item shipped out via *** 7/15/22. The product is then in the carriers possession. *** attempted delivery 7/20/22, 721/22 & 7/27/22. The package was refused according to *** documentation and stated customer did not order 8/12/22. The product was returned to the warehouse. Norwall attempted to contact customer 8/17/22 when the product arrived back in the warehouse. The customers voicemail was full, so an email was sent. Customer then emailed a response that he did not refuse, however *** provided documentation it was. Customer was informed that if he wanted the item shipped back out, he would be responsible for the returned shipping cost and the reshipment cost. The customer then replied with an unprofessional, threatening email. Norwall will not tolerate verbal or written abuse or business threats of any kind. Customer was refunded minus shipping costs and restocking fee 8/18/22.

    I ordered a Kubota Filter (P/N: 32721-58242) through Norwall Powersystems because they offered a better price by about $5 and offered free shipping. They charged my credit card immediately, (which got hacked shortly after the purchase). I took a full 8 weeks to receive the filter which was damaged. I have read this is not a unique experience, many people have received damaged goods from this business. It was not damaged in shipping either, like Norwall likes to fall back on as an excuse. The shipping box was in pristine condition. The Kubota filter box was beat up and the filter inside was dented. They are obviously buying up and reselling damaged goods that were returned by people. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

    It is unfortunate that the customer received a damaged product. We do not have any indications the customer called to inform us of that. The Filter was shipped directly from Kubota to us. We are not able to control the time restraints we are experiencing from our vendors due to the Covid-19 shortages or staffing, these are beyond our control. Norwall does NOT sell used or damaged merchandise. If the box was untarnished as indicated, then it came directly from Kabota that way. If you are unhappy with your product from Kabota, please feel free to reach out to them and see if they will exchnage it for you. It is a defamation of our business to post false allegations, without calling to inform us or providing us the opportunity to correct the supposed issue.

    Paid for and received an electric start generator.the battery was no good. IMO,*********************** is about the sorriest excuse for a customer support representative I've ever encountered. This all started back in January,after several emails I still haven't received the replacement battery. *************** has advised for me to buy a new battery and send him the receipt and they'll cut me a check. Me:Yeah right. No wonder norwall power supply has a D- score with the BBB.

    We apologize for your experience, however we have no employees with that name and we do Not sell or warranty batteries. The customer must have been speaking with the manf, as we have No records of any emails or phone calls about any complaints from this customer. If the customer is having warranty issues please have them contact Duromax and leave their bad review for their product and their customer service issues on that companies BBB site.
