When the 1st, 2nd and 3rd incorrect bills for the same service date/event were received, I called my insurance, Sonora Quest(******, based on dr's ****** billing code) and Pinnacle Family Medicine to address the incorrect billing code mistake and this stands unresolved to this date on a service provided on January 9th, 2023. Since multiple phone call attempts failed to address the problem, I've tried to establish email communication with Pinnacle Family Medicine by submitting a contact us form on their website. After receiving no correspondence, I submitted a second contact us form on their website and received an email on 11/21 stating that they received my messages and the person that handles these inquiries will be back in the ****** next week. A week later after hearing nothing from them, I responded to their email asking "Could I please get a follow up from the person that "handles these inquiries", or their contact information so that I can discuss with them directly?" followed with explaining that since phone calls were not fixing the problem after 3 attempts, I am documenting my efforts to resolve this... 5 days later I resent the same email prefaced with "2nd notice:" 3 days later, I've heard nothing from them and sent a 3rd email with the following statement: "This email is an official document, to be used in a court of law, notifying you of incorrect billing practices (misfeasance) for services rendered on Jan 9th, 2023. Since the first, second and third incorrect bills were received, I've called my insurance, Sonora Quest(******, based on dr's ****** billing code) and your ******s to address the mistake and this stands unresolved to this date, which IS nonfeasance. Now your ****** is entering the malfeasance stage by not responding to my emails, begging for communication to resolve this issue" My emails to *********************************************************** have been ignored (it's a valid, monitored email address), requiring another avenue to attempt a resolution here.
