      We are sorry to hear for your bad shopping experience with this seller. Please file a dispute through ************************* They will open a case and the seller will have to respond to it. We suspended the merchant's account on our side until he provides a tracking number indicating a delivery to your address or proof of full refund.

      I purchased a hard to find dvd from e-CRATER, an online retailer, on May 6, 2024 for $24.79. **** was to deliver the product by 6:00 pm on May 20, 2024. The item was not delivered. The **** Tracking site now has no tracking information for the product. When I put in the tracking information on the **** tracking website, a blank page comes up with no detailed information. The only way to communicate with e-Crater is through chat or email. However, the last time I communicated with e_CRATER by email. my laptop was infected or hacked and I was subject to a potential scam. I have not received any updates or messages from e-Crater about he product.

      This company is importing non dot compliant electric motorcycle from which are not meant to legally be driven in *****************, this electric motorcycle does not have ****** brakes, does not have ****** lights, ****** tires and cannot legally be registered and driven on ** streets so not sure how this supplier is able to legally import and sell in the US and needs to take down this here is the product : *********************************************************************************************************************************************************

      On 3 Jan **** I did an internet search for *************************** Bead Storage boxes and Tool holders. The search led to a site called ************** called ERICSHOP, that I had never used before. On 3 Jan **** I ordered 2ea *************************** ************ Storage Sets from the ECrater website for $74.00 and paid via PayPal as a guest. I received an invoice from Pay Pal and verified that the funds had been with drawn from my bank on 5 Jan ****. On 5 Jan ****, I still had not received an order confirmation or shipping notice from the shop. I retraced my steps, clicked on the item and sent in a request for info. On 15 Jan ****, I still had no contact. I tried to retrace my online steps and file a complaint in Ecrater but it kept taking me in circles, and I was not able to find the items or the shop again. I sent an email to the contact info in listed in ECrater and to email address listed in my bank statement. I've received no replies and suspect the info is bogus.

      Ordered a pioneer woman Instant Pot form PowerToolsTx1 vendor on Ecrater. They stated free shipping. I received an email stating the order details. Then I received a text and they asked for more money to ship saying it would not come to my house and I would have to go pick it up at a distant distribution center. Every correspondence with them involved different emails. I texted back them to cancel my order and refund my credit card ******************* I have not heard back from them. Their site is not on Ecrater anymore. There is a legit site named PowerTools. They took that name and added tx1 to the end of it. They have gotten another site and added on to that and selling the same items on Ecrater under the new name AiropowerSK. ********* is a legit site and they just add SK to it.

      If I understand correctly, the business stated I was refunded on 1-1-24. I did not order until 1-2-24. My credit card was charged on 1-2-24 and has not been credited as of 1-19-24. I still owe this amount of *****. I first requested a refund on January 6th still no credit on my card.
      So I do not agree with what they stated. I have different e-mail addresses and names for the individuals involved in this. They are scammers and when shut down they will just open another store under a different name. Please send a refund asap.  I

      The merchant provided a snapshot from an email that he sent you on 12/25 asking for about the size. He stated that he has not heard from you and as a result he refunded the order on 01/16/2023. You should see the funds back to the original funding source within 1-3 business days.

      I ordered a football jersey size "Womans Large" through eCRATER.com on December 7, 2023. I initially filed a complaint with eCarter on December 28, 2023 over not receiving my purchase and being unable to track the package with the shipping information that had been provided. The package finally arrived January 5, **** but it was child size jersey. I filed another online complaint with eCRATER.com about receive the wrong size product on January 7, **** and have not received a reply

      On Dec. 28th I purchased 3 blu ray DVDs of ***************** from wjasssales through eCrater thinking they were legitimate DVDs. However, when I received them the covers looked to be homemade. When I tried to play them, they didnt play properly and you couldnt use the menu. You could tell they were copied from a tv or something. I requested to return them for a full refund and they will not refund me my money.

      The merchant stated that the product you received is manufactured on demand. This is legal as far as his company has distribution rights.
