Hello,I ordered a lego from this eCrater on September 6, 2021 and today is October 23, 2021 and I have never received it. The seller blames Covid and is not responding to my emails. I need a refund of $11.97. My order number is *******. Thanks!Business response

In addition it looks like that the merchant already refunded the order on 11/02/2021.You should see the funds back to the original funding source within 1-2 business days.

I have not revived my package that I ordered 2 weeks ago, and also I have contacted the business (bakersteshop) from eCrater twice and have not received an answer. I have also not received shipping info.Business response

We are sorry to hear for your bad shopping experience with this merchant. It looks like you already filed a dispute through PayPal and they reversed the transaction. We suspended the merchant's account on our end.
