This year I am a new patient of Summer ******************** who provides BioTe hormone therapy. Previously my BioTe pellet provider was ********************************* in ***********, ** with whom I had complete success every 4 months. These hormone pellets are a custom blend and inserted into my hip or **** cheek.My first experience with Summer in ***** was perfect. I achieved the results I know to expect. My second time with her on September 3d achieved zero results. I informed her & asked if she gave me my dosage/formula that came from **************. She said she did & brought me back to insert booster pellets in my other **** cheek. Those were equally as ineffective as Sept 3d. A few days later I made an appointment with **************, drove 3 hours and paid $500 to have the BioTe pellets done correctly. I had the results I have come to expect in 4 days. I tried to reach Summer for a few weeks leaving 4 voicemails total. She called me back at 5:56am Friday, November 25th. A ridiculous hour, but she left a voicemail. I called back on ************* called me Friday Dec. 2nd. Again I asked why she didn't give me my usual ************* insisted she did. She certainly did not or I would have results then & would not be driving 3 hours to my prior Dr for treatment. ****** made a suggestion about "when I come in next..." I told her I have no confidence in her & will not be back. I also told Summer it is appropriate to refund the $350. She hung up on me during that sentence. I called back asking for a return call. She sent a certified letter saying she is discharging me as a patient. Laughable since I discharged her as a "physician" when she twice put bunk pellets into my body and I went back to **************. A refund for services not properly rendered would be nice, but I really don't care at this point. Her unprofessional practice with me has earned her this complaint with the hope she will not pull these shenanigans with another patient.
