    - 12/4/2021 remodel was complete. I do not have an invoice because the company will not provide one - Farmer Juan landscaping was paid $13,500 to redo my front yard. In the process of the remodel there were some damages done to the stucco around my ********* informed **** of this and also sent pictures. He told me he would have one of his employees come out and fix the stucco. This was never done. At this time I also told him that there were paint marks all over the new brick that was placed and wanted it fixed. **** told me that the brick would be replaced, but this also has not been done. Approximately two months after the remodel was complete I had three plants and one tree die , large amounts of grass growing up through the rock and artificial grass, and pavers that were loose by my front door. I have called, texted, and emailed **** and the company numerous times since 2/2022. IF **** answered the phone he would tell me "I'll stop by in two weeks after this job we're doing now", "I was waiting for the bricks to come in. I had to order more", "It was too cold to order new plants but now that the weather is better we can get new plants", and again "I'll come by in two weeks". **** has still not come. He refuses to fix these issues while I am paying someone else to help fix his mistakes.
