              I walked out to the parking lot to find one of Complete Comfort Home Services company vehicles parked mere inches away from my driver's side door. This company's agent/employee parked their company vehicle so close that I could not get into my vehicle on the driver's side. Since Complete Comfort Home Services' agent/employee blocked my ability to enter my vehicle from driver's side, I had to enter my vehicle from the passenger side and climb over the console, in a business suit... How would you feel if this were you? If employees of Complete Comfort Home Services are this disrespectful and disregards others, how do you think they will work for you?

              Adrastos, Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We are incredibly sorry to hear this was your experience with one of our vehicles. Even though our vehicle should have not been that close to yours to begin with, we would have happily moved it if we were informed of the parking situation at that time. We strive to make every encounter we have with others to be an excellent one and it sounds like we fell short here. We have since talked with EVERY one of our technicians to retrain and remind them of parking and driving courtesies to ensure an experience like this one does not happen again.
