    In January 2023 my heater went out. I filed a claim through my home warranty and they assigned the repair to TLC **************************** Conditioning. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the capacitor. The technician said that I needed a float switch to prevent water damage due to condensation. I paid $125 and then installed it. On May 19, 2023, I noticed water leaking from the ceiling where the ** unit sits. I filed another claim with my home warranty and another company came out. I was told the float switch was wired incorrectly and would have never shut off. Had it been wired properly, I would not have water damage to my ceiling. I contacted TLC to let them know the issue and asked for them to cover the repairs to the ceiling. I provided them with the invoice and photos of the wiring and damage. They are no longer responding to my emails. I plan on contacting the **** This company should not be installing/wiring float switches if they dont know what they are doing. I would not recommend them.

    They are very professional and seem to be as honest as they can be. Sometimes it is difficult to predict what an A/C might do especially when it is very old. TLC sends out EMails and texts and reminders so you know exactly the **************** and they arrive in the timeframe they tell you. We have used them for 3 years since we have owned our house and it is because of them that our very very old A/C is still running. :)

    The tech was here for an A/C tune-up, but I had a question about the heater. He didn't hesitate to check out the heater, found the problem and fix it. Then, he did the A/C tune-up. Now my entire HVAC system is *************. Definitely will schedule for next year.
