The worst thing about living here was the management team. The management never knew what they were doing, every single member would tell me different information when I needed assistance for rent, maintenance, or fees. I would then be told that my information was wrong even though I got it from their own team members. Most of the employees are very rude or will say they will handle the issue when they don't. They charged me for renters insurance for months, I called every month for the past 4-5ish months to get it resolved. They said it would be resolved but I would still get the charges every month. After 5 months of calling non-stop and complaining, they finally fixed the issue and took the charges out. They charged me extra for pets (charging me for 2 when I only have 1) and they said they would fix it but it has been months. I have been paying extra for two pets even after they did an apartment inspection to change my pet fee). A month later when I brought it up, they had no recollection of this issue and needed to do another apartment inspection while still charging me these extra fees. They will accidentally send my private information about the apartment to people that no longer live here. The maintenance staff is very nice and the complex is alright but the management makes it absolutely horrible. When we first moved in, they had so many issues with our paperwork (which they didn't provide detail before) that it caused us to scramble on filling out paperwork and moving in. When we first moved in, we paid downpayment for a three-bedroom apartment, the day before they told us that the apartment was trashed and had a ***** infestation. They rented us an apartment that they didn't check up on beforehand. They were forced to move us to a smaller apartment in the meantime until they had a new one open up. Causing my roommates and I to share rooms. I do not recommend this place to anyone because you will probably be scammed or have your trust misused.
