    Uhaul Reservation Miles driven: 85 Miles. Miles Wrongly charged for: 172 Miles. I have reached out to ***** from Friendly Auto Centers around 2-3 times in the 10 months this transpired. It was an understanding of both of ours that he had wrongly added on the miles from the person previously using the Uhaul before onto my invoice about tripling my charge. ***** has verbally agreed twice to send me the refund check to square things away but I have never received anything on my end. I'm normally met with excuses, can't issue the refund through a credit card, his accounts guy had misplaced some paperwork and he'd put it on his desk first thing the following day. This last time I called ***** claims to have absolutely no record of my Haul Rental, and now also claims all refund have to be dealt with through Uhaul and not him, that he has no control over anything, despite telling me twice now he personally had issued my refund. My money was never returned and I never was able file a refund with my bank as he dragged the process out 6+ months. Terrible experience.
