Took car in because of engine check light. So it would go through emissions. Light came back on. So took it back. Charge me again. Before I got to emissions again it came on. Took it back again to *******. And they wanted me to wait 5 hours.Still can't get my emmissions completed..

************** came in last week due to her vehicle check engine light being on. It is a bad egr valve. She had that replaced along with other items ( heater hoses ) back in 6/30/23. I told her last week i
will order the new egr valve and warranty it out ( both part and labor are within 12/12 warr ). The new part will be in on Tuesday ( 12 Mar ). I told her that i would call her when the part is in. It puzzles me
about the amount she claims. The egr repair portion of last years bill was around $ 400. The BBB email you sent has that invoice. Don't know how to help her other than what i did. Thanks
