While reviewing my credit report, I noticed accounts that dont seem accurate, and I strongly suspect they may be linked to a data breach. Last month I called to make a payment to my water bill. They informed me I owed ***** for a returned check charge. I paid by entering my account number, not by providing a paper check. I told a few reps and "TOMI", the supervisor that I don't remember ever in decades being charged such a fee. They told me I entered one of the digits twice and there is a fee for incorrect account numbers. I informed her the system accepted my payment and never rejected the account number. The representatives were rude and short with me including "TOMI", the supervisor. She said was very upset and complained that I called back to get information about why I was charged the fee. I explained that in decades of paying my bill I never heard of any such charge. I explained I live on a fixed income and cannot afford it. I asked for a credit and **** said there would be NO CREDIT. She was extremely unprofessional and went so far as to call me on a "fake" number just seconds after the call which was "out of service" after I called the number. I have NEVER been treated this way by anyone here before. I just received the bill with 11/21/24 bill date with the "returned check fee". I am requesting a credit of $***** on my bill.

I recently initiated power service with the City of Mesa, and unfortunately experienced an extremely unsavory experience with one of the employees, under the name ***** with the City of Mesa. The employee spoke to me as if Im stupid, and unfortunately lied to me when I asked a specific question about the piece of services within the city of Mesa. After hanging up on me during our phone call and making no attempt to call me back, and then he proceeded to call me very inappropriate names over the phone before saying look do you want power or not? Following the conversation ending, I had politely asked to speak with a manager to discuss my interaction with this employee specifically. I was given the response of someone will contact you soon. I never received a phone call. I called back again a week and a half later and still have not received a response or even the slightest communication from the City. I am deeply offended, and I cannot believe I was spoken to in such a way but an employee of the city I pay taxes in. Another issue, I was given extremely conflicting information regarding the price of services. The initially employee I spoke to gave me a quote of $265 (deposit) for services, I agreed. I was transferred to another employee (*****) where I was then informed that it is in fact $375 for services, and that I was mistaken, and I would not have been told the incorrect price because the other employee, ******, has worked there for 15 years and wouldnt have made that mistake. I was given to different prices, and then I was called a liar when I was simply trying to gain clarification regarding the miscommunication. I was then unable to be contacted by anyone from the Ciry regarding the matter, nor was any initiative taken by the supervisor to reach out to me to discuss his employees mistakes. I want to be contacted by the City of Mesa directly regarding the matter and I would like clarification regarding the price of service since that was never clear.

I have ordered Seat covers for my 2022 **** Edge. The ones I have gotten do not fit and the *** keeps telling me they will have an installer call me to help me, but these covers require an opening between the back of the seat and the bottom seat to put a flap thru from front to back. My car is sealed in the back with no opening. They keep putting me off and saying they are too busy to get back to mee. It has been 2 days now and they refuse to give me my money back.

The issue noted is not related to the City of Mesa nor is it an issue in which the City would have any jurisdiction to take action.
