  This business should not be established someone needs to shut this place down I am currently seeking legal action because this company repossessed my car and I was only 2 weeks late on my payment to make a long story short I broke down on the side of the road for 4 hours my car was overheating I had to have my brother and my sister come help me I called CAG to have them come to my car to the dealership to the shop to have it looked at to find out what was wrong with it so I can figure out how much it was going to be to get fixed well I called them the following day and they tell me all your car has been repossessed the police were notified in your car was repossessed you need $752 to get your car back I was only 2 weeks late on my payment they had the police repossessed my car I never told them to repossess my car I told him I needed my car towed to the shop to have it looked at because it wasn't running right and it overheated and it broke down on me but they repossessed my car continually harassed me at work I have like ******************************************************************************************* to lose my job so I lost my job because of them so I am seeking legal action you guys need to check this company out

  So frustrating when it comes to handling an issue. They say they can help but make it impossible to actually get it. I got sold a s car with many issues and I needed to repair a clutch that was financed $3,000 just to be damaged again to pay it again. The repair was done incorrectly. They definitely dont do well with gay people, thats just how I take it everytime I call or when they talk to me, they dont treat my issues or concerns seriously! No one from that company wants to help me.

  This place is horrible , multiple violations of privacy and private information. Multiple calls on daily basis to point harassment . No empathy or reasoning . Horrible company

  The BBB CLEARLY IS MISSING SOMETHING HERE. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY HAVE SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THE BUSINESS OF THIS COMPANY. ALL WHILE STILL MAINTAINING A+????

  I want a give a big thank you to ***** and ********* for all the help they have given me with peace of mind! CAG is a good company! Pay your payments on time and consistently as you shoud and you will have no problems with this company!

  They are the worst company they lie to me they sold me a car that didnt work I spent money in repair and biweekly payments I make my payment and they repo the car b e cause the car did not pass the emissions test I could not updated the registration they repo the car even when I did not miss my last payment they repo and they put it in my credit report as repo for none payment Do Not purchase from CAG Acceptance they are not a good company they still your money. My car loan was only for ******* I was paying biweekly ****** I pay that amount for almost 3 years I purchase the car July/2015 they repo the car November/2018. I pay them ****** biweekly payments and they repo my car because it did not pass the emission and I did not update the registration and the insurance company suspended my insurance. That car was none drivable I could not drive it it was park and still making payments. Now I just do not recommend this company to nobody their cars are ship. Do not used this company you will be remorseful

  Had to make a late payment and was told to beg and borrow money to pay on time or be penalized. After paying I asked to change my due by date and was told to pay for that to. They don't want to help you or keep your credit intact they just want your money.

  I received an email today 6/15/2022 to call about car payment thats late. Which its the first time ever since having the car Ive been late. I tried tocall before on 6/3/2022 to move the date to my new payday since I got a new job. But they want $35, proof of insurance, and a letter from my job stating that my date changed. ( which the part is none of their business ) I called back today 6/15/2022 and spoke *********************** whose the manager. I tried to tell him I already knew my payment was late and that I was going to pay it on 6/17/2022 when I got paid. I also trying to explain that I was trying to avoid this problem but they wouldnt let me. He decides to hang up like a coward he is. I tried to call back and he didnt answer his phone. I cant wait to pay off this loans. I can finally wash my hands with them.

  ENTRAPMENT - They are snakes out to capture customers with great deals that you think by sending people out promising to help you get a car and then end up trapped in their web of lies. I had a guy that worked with them through ******* in ********** as well who was getting in touch with people looking for cars and he said he could get me in a vehicle with great customer service. I was invited to go to ******* in ********** and upon getting there, the car was already picked out for me with no intent of asking what I was looking for or anything. All paperwork was already ready to just sign. Needing the car, it was a good deal and it was a 2016 Hyndai with low miles. SO upon getting car and leaving, the care decided not to start after three months and ended up back in serivce shop for a month. I was given a rental through CAG but still had to make payments on time. Upon getting car back, two months later, car was totalled in accident and insurance company paid off. Well a few months later, CAG told me that I still them over $3000 and I would need to pay it back or they wuld force me to and take to court. Do notunderstand how a payoff was given and then they threw a charge still on me with threats.Worsr company ever but just as God sits high and sees all wickedness, their company will eventually crumble and do not allow yourself to be manipulated. Good people are always the target.
