1 starI just went through two hurricanes in *****, lost my home, and am in a natural disaster area. Called to ask for help and there response is sorry we dont offer anything. Literally the only place I called and wasnt able to assist. Place and the CEO are obviously a joke.Review fromMatthew P

1 starExtremely unprofessional. Their record keeping is a joke and their 'customer service' ***resentatives will lie through their teeth just to get you off the phone. Account was settled and paid, company refuses to update ***ort to credit bureau that account is no longer owed. After numerous phone calls, each *** had a different story and no progress. The last one finally said you are SOL and my only option is to dispute it directly with the bureaus.Review fromMichael B

1 starI have repeatedly tried to make payments from their website right I have been at the same amount now for the past 2 months and if they haven't received my payment from last month it should be a $39 late fee they have charged me a $139 I just made a payment now over the phone I checked my balance on their website and it's still the same this company is a scamReview fromHeriberto R

1 starFraudulent company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sent them ****s payment through my bank and they claim they never received it. The bank emailed them proof of the payment, they claim they cant find the email because they receive thousands of emails according to them. The bank then called them for me and they told the bank they will not discuss anything with them, then dignifi proceeds to demand my **** payment that they insist on pretending they do not have and will not allow me to pay my current months payment saying they will apply it to **** which I already paid and they have me so stressed out at this point. They will not listen to the bank when the bank tells them it was paid, they refuse to put their supervisor on the phone when I request him they always say hes at a meeting. They are clearly trying to rip me off. I have called and called them trying to straighten this out but to no avail . Everyone should avoid this company at all costs, my car dealership (Jeep) promoted them when I took my suv for a repair and I regret ever taking a loan from this company unless you want to be put through h*** on earth avoid Dignifi at all costs.Review fromMonique P

1 starTerrible and unprofessional company. I cant wait to complete my payments because this company is made of crooks. They send customers texts saying they are authorized to provide a deferment on payment and when you make the payments they change the situation and have their employees lying and provide wrong information to customers. 1 starDignifi is one of the most unable to get right companies I have worked with in the past two years. I have literally given at least 8 different representatives my correct contact information from email to home address, and phone number and they are still unable to spell my email address correctly, my name correctly or properly register me to their online system. They have charged me fees after the initiation of a loan that was paid off without mailing documents to my correct address and they have no web link to add a profile or to correct profile information. Their customer service is utterly incompetent and much of the issue stems from the language barrier their customer service representatives have in reading and writing clearly in English.Review fromJA H

1 starFraudulent account opened, went delinquent and tanked my credit score. **************** couldnt even identify the account to discuss it with me because name and social security number on the fraudulent account doesnt match my information (duh!), They said they couldnt assist me! I disputed it with the credit bureaus (also incredibly unhelpful) and filed FTC and police complaints. Got a nasty gram from DigniFi telling me its my loan and pay up. Not going to happen. How do people get away with opening fraudulent accounts online? Is it an inside job? Who holds anyone accountable? Stay awayReview fromTiffany W

1 starScam practices. I opened an account when I purchased my vehicle in November of 2022. I made an initial purchase that was paid in full by the promo period of the first 6 months interest free for purchases. In March of 2023 I made another purchase and in August of 2023 I made an additional purchase. In September I called customer service to get my payoff balance for the March ************************************************** October 2023. I was informed by the Rep I needed to pay approximately $234 to pay off the first loan. I then rounded up to $250 and paid with the Rep over the phone. Also, I made my regular payment of $48 earlier in September. In October I logged into the online system to make my payment and it said I had $0 due for October. In November, I log in again to make my November payment and saw $56.72 charges in interest. I made $100 payment and decided I would follow up with Dignifi to inquire about the interest charge. I have been busy and didnt get a chance to call and inquire about the charge. Cut to today, I log on again to make my December payment of $100 and see I was charged an additional interest charge of $1.36. I called in and they informed me when I made the $250, it was split between the March 2023 and Aug 2023 loans. I am an Senior Accountant and I have never come across a credit card company that doesnt apply payments to the oldest balance first. Not only did the split the $250, but also my November $100 as well. By doing this I was charged interest on the March loan. I feel like this was their intention to steal money from unknowing customers. BUYER BEWARE. I have put in a dispute which I was informed was denied. So now I have to submit a dispute in writing, which from the sounds of it will be denied again. I need to know if there is anything I can do other than dispute with Dignifi. I feel like people should be made aware of their scam and misleading practices.Review fromValeria T

1 starThese are a bunch of scammers they tell you youre approved for one thing and than they dont honor that approval they just continue to be rude and nasty and take advantage of people who need their assistance they never told me when I was approved for ***** dollars ?? I would lose the remaining money if I didnt use it at once BBB needs to look into this business because their reviews on ****** are horrible so everyone isnt wrong about these people they are crooks stay away from themReview fromDebbie K

2 starsI am saddened because ************ is trying to get extra money from me. I was late the first time because I never received the bill in the mail, but we got that straightened out paid the late fee cause I was able to ****** from my Church so everything was ok. Made all other payments on time. October payment on due date but noticed they didnt put it through till the 14th. The representative I spoke with never said I was late she was very sweet then three days after payment was made I started getting multiple text saying I was late and was not. I spoke with management and they still refused to help me with what was going on.so now instead of a payment this month of 129,00 plus **** for card processing its over ****** dollars. I am on disability they know that they are trying to make this very. difficult for me. Please help me I dont know what to do anymore!! I shouldnt be paying for the part it was a **** Issue!!! Help me please Thank you sincerely ************************* ************
