      ****** from air temperature professional was sent to my house by my hime warranty .We had to wait several days they told us that her air conditioner needed a new condenser and coils in the attic. The total cost would be $2400 out of my pocket not including the condenser that my ********************* would pay for he then said he was going to send the paper to my ********************* during that time we went longer without air so I called another company out. The other company said none of that stuff was broken. Put a part on that they had on them that was less than $400 and my air conditioner has been ************* ever cents I feel that because of air temperature professionals coming to my house I missed diagnosing my air conditioner. I then had to pay 400 out-of-pocket that my warranty company would have covered and I had to go a week without air conditioning. I feel that they try to scam me and take advantage of a bad situation.

      To whom it may concern. 

      On Thursday the 31st of August I was at ***************** house Choice Home warranty service call on a AC unit not cooling. At the time of service I diagnose a compressor with open start windings which didn't allow the compressor to start up. I was aware of the bad capacitor but home warranty wasn't going to approve it at time of service because the compressor wasn't turning on. 

      After my diagnoses I reported my findings to Choice Home warranty and they decide the course of action. 

      Home warranty chose to replace Mr. ******** 20 year old Condensing unit and coil.

      This was all cover through his home warranty company. Any other questions or concerns should be addressed to the Choice Home warranty.

      I hired this company to install a new heat/air system in September 2022. There were a couple of minor issues but so far operation of system seems ok. The contract included 3 years of semi annual sevicing. I tried to call to setup a check but the main phone numbers I can find are no good. I had the number for the owner so called him. After several calls back and forth he said he sold company but would honor contract. He set up an appointment to come out but did not show up. I texted but he has not responded. I assume at this point I will not be receiving my promised servicing. So I give one star at best.

      Hi 

      My name is ************************* the owner of Air Temperature Professional. A few guys where using my company name to do work illegally in Az. I have had a few customers reach our with this same issue. I have honor the work of at least 3 other people. I have not heard of this customer. I just went through my phone logs and text messages and found no information on this customer. She complained that she had text me and call. If she may please forward any evidence of that, that would help a lot. The invoice that they used has my company name but not the *** # attached nor is the right logo. 

      I will try to reach out to her and see when was it she try calling and texting me. 

      I have the other customers information that when through the same thing and I have responded to everyone in hopes to keep my name in good standing. 

      I have reported it manner to the *** and one of my suppliers are going after these same guys for fraud because they ran up $40,000 in my company name.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I have been contacted by the real owner of the company and sent to him the phone number of the fake owner I did business with and contract documents. He has offered to fulfill the contract by performing service for the equipment. I do appreciate the promise to perform servicing.
