I am deeply disappointed with Woodside Homes, particularly regarding their failure to honor our contract and lack of response when I sought clarification. My partner and I purchased a home at ****** at ***************** in ********, **. As part of our agreement, Woodside promised a $15,000 incentive for window coverings after closing, clearly stated in our contract. However, after closing, the promised $15,000 was never provided, and we received no explanation or transparency.I reached out to the Director of Sales and Designated Broker over 14 days ago but received no response. This lack of communication adds to the frustration of dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about honoring agreements. It feels like they took advantage of us, promising an incentive that was never delivered. We were counting on that $15,000 for our homes finishing touches. Woodside Homes should have been transparent and followed through on their commitments. We are sharing our experience online to warn others, as we are still seeking a resolution with no signs of one.Buyer beware: This is just one of many issues we've faced with Woodside Homes.

We have been in our Woodside home this month for 3 years and ARE STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND to complete repairs. This is majority due to the lack of the company being able to retain their employees and the lack of care to complete a job PROPERLY. We are now on our 6th customer rep who I am pretty sure came from IT and unable to help resolve our issues. 1. We had our entire tile replaced with a new tile floor March 2022 then Oct. 2022 someone came to "do repairs per the report", replaced 5 tiles in bathroom whereas THE ENTIRE FLOOR NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED/Replaced tiles FROM INSTALL. We did not have enough tile leftover, so ILG ordered more boxes for the repairs. The issue now is they cant get correct tile match. We have now gone through over 10 boxes of tile they keep saying we will find it... you will not in fact now find the same exact match at all. I was told upper management **** and ***** from *** were discussing this to come up with a solution over 2 weeks ago now with no response. Woodside has been HORRIBLE in follow up. All we want is our floors to be done. I was told "the issue is no one who currently works at Woodside has seen your floors". THAT IS ON WOODSIDE. The last rep had left months ago, and no one cares to actually work and complete a job. I have said multiple times come out to look and discuss. I am done waiting around for them to looking into it. Rectify the issue and come with a game plan. **************** is awful and has had issues from the start of this build. The 2nd issue is our cabinets - we are now on order number 3 of cabinets and Woodside is unable to get in communication with Primera to get ETA. They act as if I made this up and have no records. THE ISSUE W/ ************** Woodside fired them last year and expects them to work? Do what is right and use the new vendors you have since end of last year and fix our home so we can actually "move in". Never would have moved if I would have known this. Send out a super to discuss resolution.

I bought a new build from Woodside homes March 5, 2023. I have had nothing but issues having them get vendors out to complete issues like paint and panel and such. But the largest issue has been the flooring. It began bubbling when we moved in. We had **** floors come out for an inspection 4/26/23 and the installer came out 7/28/23 and the flooring has now popped. I can pick up the planks. I am a disabled veteran and it is a huge tripping hazard it is in multiple places throughout the home and they keep coming up with excuses to timing and things that need to be done. They have changed my customer care reps three times in the five months we have lived there. I expect for the prices we pay for new homes these days that the things installed that are extra should be perfect. To have $8,000.00 worth of ILP flooring to be deemed defective by the Manufacturer **** Floors and the installer to say my home is by far the worst they've ever seen for this type of issue and yet its not 8/21/2023 and my new rep didn't even know I had already had the inspections completed! The ** of Arizona Operations keeps putting it off on his subordinates yet no one can seem to get anything done. Telling me three weeks, three weeks, three weeks over and over again. While I cannot have guests over due to the extreme tripping hazard and myself and my children are not safe with the flooring we could all trip at anytime. I am at **** end on this and want it replaced. Replaced with a better product than this defective c***

Refusal to repair any co structure issues left behind during and after close!Local reps constantly being fired and replaced so process start over again and again. Moto is deny deny until 2 year **** when they're off the hook for any issues. My dish washer drain was not properly installed from new and I called to put in a repair ticket. 2 years later instill haven't heard from them. Good thing I couldn't wait and fixed it myself. (Issue was the plug in the garbage disposal wasn't removed)I still have unsecured low voltage wires hanging down exposed. I had to install light switch covers and ac filters because while it was noted at close that these items were missing, no one has bothered to fix it.My microwave is still not properly installed and will require a new cabinet put it place with it. (Cutouts in the wrong spot and also filler pieces not installed correctly. One of my windows was bad from new. Independent inspection i paid for stated i had a bad window. A new one was ordered but no one has been back to replace it. Same with my medicine cabinet. Person came out and adjusted cabinet but now there's drywall issues that need to be remedied but no one will respond.I've left numerous messages and emails in the last 2 years with zero response from 5 different representatives!Want to buy from Woodside homes? GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AFTER CLOSE! Verbal and or email is not a contract according to Woodside Homes. All in all a horrible experience which is too bad because we love the home.

I am a townhome owner within the ************************ in *******. Unlike the full size single family homes, townhome owners have been charged an additional $41 fee on top of our monthly dues every single month that Ive owned my home (26 months in total). In return for that additional fee, I was promised by Woodside Homes and *************************** that I would receive monthly landscaping service. That promise has not been fulfilled and, as such, I am demanding a refund of the monthly benefited assessment fees that Ive paid.I moved into my home February of 2021 and have faithfully paid *************** inclusive of these benefited assessment fees. I have only received landscaping service a total of four times. Even then, the service received has been disrespectful and incomplete. Almost all of the trees, bushes, and plants around my home and that of my neighbors are dead and have been such for two years. The first time I received landscaping service, November of 2021, Gothic Landscape came by and uprooted multiple trees, plants and bushes that died as a direct result of their neglect. These trees, plants and bushes were never replaced which ruined the landscaping design of the neighborhood. The last time I received service they damaged my home! I can provide countless examples (photo and video proof) of the neglect regarding the landscaping. The neighborhood looks appalling and you would never know that Cypress Ridge is a newly built community. Woodside Homes and *************************** has swindled me and my neighbors into buying these homes under the false pretense of monthly landscaping service. Although I personally have sent multiple letters, emails and numerous calls regarding the landscaping, my neighbors and I expressed these grievances with AAM and Woodside reps during our last community meeting, August 2022. Their response was that they have a great relationship with Gothic Landscape and the issues would be resolved. The latter was a lie.

First, Woodside has a list from that is 9 pages long of problems to be addressed in our home. That is too long and detailed to include in this area. I will touch on the main ones. We signed in September or October of 2019 to have our home built on lot 331 of Eastmark, ****, **. We moved into our incomplete home on March 13, 2020. Because of Covid hit all of, we were understanding with Woodside doing little to complete our home and its 9 pages of problems we had at move-in. Now it's 2 years and 8 months since then. The emotional toll on us has been immense. We have 9 people living in our home, trying to live in an invalid of a home. Inside and out, we live with the constant reminder of unfilled promises. We are the BIG UGLY HOUSE in our area INSIDE: Because of some larger problems, we only unpacked things that could easily be gathered for workers to come in and repair things on short notice. We have lived in a home that has places needing repairs marked with blue masking tape. We paid for an extensive Wi-Fi network that isn't there and was wired for telephones instead. The vendor refuses to make good on our system, claiming that they installed Woodside's order. We paid to have a R.O. water system run to both refrigerators. Only one was completed. OUTSIDE: Rain drainage has been a large problem, leaving standing water on our foundation and entering the **** units. **** shoots over the rain gutters when we receive heavy rains. THE EYESORE that everyone sees from the street is the incomplete paint job on the front of our home. At one point people were sent out to repair our stucco (not satisfactorily done) and the areas were never repainted. How did it get this far? Woodside has different businesses contracted to come in and do their specific part of the build, whether it be plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. When it comes to the warranty work, (our 9 pages of problems) those business are responsible. They schedule, then cancel. HELP!

Building a home is a huge decision and undertaking, and Woodside has made this experience a living h*** They have turned what should be an exciting and fun experience into nothing but stress. After signing our contract, one of the women in the front office failed to submit our paperwork, delaying our construction. That was the first of many breakdowns in communication. Instead of owning up to their mistake, we had to reach out and ask when our groundbreaking was happening after seeing lots that were contracted after us begin construction. We were told June 22nd that our close date was about 60 days away so we listed and sold our home. On August 5th we received a call from the front office woman, ****, that our cabinets were delayed. Even though their cabinet supplier began to show delays, they did not switch our order over to a new supplier. Instead, they took a ****** that the faulty supplier might deliver our cabinetsmore than 2 months overdue. Our original projected close date was in August, and now well be lucky if we close in November. We now have no place to live, no timeframe of when we might ever close on this house, and we had to fight tooth and nail for them to even listen to our situation. In fact, they sent a box of cookies to apologize for the crummy situation. Clearly this is nothing but a joke to them, when our entire life has revolved around trying to get this house finished so we can get some sense of normalcy back. There are a lot of home builders out there, and any of them would be a better option than Woodsidethat is, unless you want dated design finishes, staff who couldnt care less about finishing your home, and paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to live in stress every day.

We closed on our home 3/16/22. We were waiting for our exterior stone to be completed and when finally done they used left over stone from another home. Our stone doesnt match and quality or work is poor. *** reached out to the ******** Service agent to see if the will come fix it and have not received a response back. The stone on the same style homes in the area and on model home does not look like the stone they installed at our property. Our home was not cheap and we decide to build with WOODSIDE because of the product they showed but the quality of work we received on our home is not the same. Weve dealt with numerous issues since closing on our home 3/16/22 (I.e wall not leveled, whistling hood, cabinet face missing, leaking tub, cracks in tub and etc) which majority have been fixed but still waiting on a few things to come in or get redone but this coming will not acknowledge the poor quality work done on our stone. In addition our AC was not working properly when we moved in on side of the house was cooler than the other. They sent a few folks out and found a leak on AC unit which has since been repaired but I still think its an issue with the air flow. Our master bedroom is much cooler but when they air comes on its super load in our room now. Im afraid to say anything because then they may have someone come out and mess it up because now although very loud its cooler than it was. Our hood over stove still whistle if we turn on high so we at unable to use that feature which is not ok but at same time I was tired of having people in and out the house and no one fixing the issue. Its been a nightmare and I dont know who advocate for us because the ******** Service reps ultimately do whatever they can to spend the least amount of money versus giving us the home we paid for.
