      I am not liable for this debt with Bridgecrest formerly known as drivetime I do not have a contract with Bridgecrest , and they did not provide me with the original contract as requested numerous times!

      Initially, I purchased a car through them and set up automatic payments. Unaware that it would take 3-5 business days for the funds to be withdrawn from my bank account, my account was $4 short of the payment amount. The following day, they repossessed the car. When I noticed, I immediately called to make the payment, but I was informed that the reinstatement department was closed and that I would need to call back the next day.The next day, customer relations informed me that ********************** was backing out of the contract and would not accept my payment. Despite my explanation, the representative insisted that I shouldnt pay online because they would not return the car. Instead, they informed me that I would receive a refund for the down payment and the payments I had made, as I had only had the car for 45 days.Over the next four weeks, I made multiple calls, and every representative and customer relations associate informed me that the car was still being inspected and that I would have to wait until the inspection was completed before they could issue a refund. After calling today, I was informed of the refund amount, but the representative told me the refund would be coming from the dealership.I then called the dealership, and the associate on the line laughed, saying, Bridgecrest always does that, I dont know why they tell people theyre getting a refund. When I explained why I was told I would receive a refund, he replied that they lied.After speaking to customer relations again, they confirmed that their coworkers had indeed lied and would be coached. This is unacceptable, especially when I tried to make the payment, and they refused the money. A month of lies and incorrect information is disheartening. Its upsetting that a company and its employees would stoop so low to lie for no apparent reason.
