I traded my car in at ******* and the payoff check was mailed out on 3/21/2025 to their PO Box as stipulated. As of today 4/22/2025 the check still has not been received nor has it been cashed. Now they are asking for me to pay and I am not. ******* sent more than what the payoff is just incase but it doesn't take a month to cash a check. I have been checking and they can check their notes that I have called in about this. I said I will either call or text the check # number to them and I texted the information today @ 12:53pm. This is ridiculous and I totally understand the complaints about this company. Already over charged for the car but I needed a vehicle I have been paying on that car for over 2 years and my balance was still in the $20K pennies was being applied to my principal. Never had a problem with a car place in my life until I went with them. Do not use them if you can help it. This is actually my first complaint because I've always paid my loan with no problem and when I did have a problem they did help to a degree but I am very dissatisfied with them and not paying a cent because I have read to many complaints again when they owe you money they do not return it and I don't have money to give away. I didn't even want to give a 1 star (0 star)Bridgecrest

This company is irresponsible and unprofessional. I have to document each payment myself since the staff here doesnt do it right the first time. Often times the representatives over the phone dont speak clearly and give incorrect information on my loan and due dates. I wont reccomend anyone else finnance with this company. Bridgecrest is ripping people off with their high interest rates, fees and bugs the c*** out of you before and after payment is due even when payment arrangements are made. Been paying over $400 per month on an overpriced vehicle from ******* and my balance hasn't dropped. How is this possible? Vehicle got totalled and the insurance valuation was 8k, my balance $15,800. Carvana valuation tools are a joke and Bridgecrest is taking your money and using it all for interest and fees. I'm sure I'll be seeing them in court over this and looking forward to it. Maybe I'll join one of the class action suits against them. The BBB must be blind, A+ really? This company is a scam, read the reviews from real people.Bridgecrest

I asked for a paper bills from now they said no. I asked for paper payoff document they said no. I cant trade car in without payoff document . On documents wont print. Im over itBridgecrest

Please do not use this company for your car purchase! I am currently upside down in a loan and the car is need of a few repairs. I want to return the car and could care less how it will impact my credit. Thats how much I want to get rid of the car. Im stuck with a car that doesnt run and my monthly payment is more than my insurance. I have been told by several dealerships that the loan i have is horrible. Please do not sign any paperwork or any loan business with BRIDGECRESTBridgecrest

Worst! They do not work any situation out with you. They just want to take your money and add entrance! I was on hardship, I have been paying my monthly bills for 3 years now I missed one payment and called and informed them my situation. They still put out for repossession and would not let me make my monthly payment stating I had to pay way more than my actual monthly payment due to me making a 8 day late payment on top of the repossession they have out! If there were negative stars I would give it to them. They are complete scammers. My husband has a car loan with them. Of course his credit was not too good at the time. these people are horrible. We fell behind because our daughter and grandkids can and moved in with us on an emergency basis. The money we had to fork out for the emergency put us behind on some of our bills. And I know they are running a business. That we understand. BUT the scam part is what ever money is paid on that past due balance, it does not go to the oldest past due. It takes care of the current payment(even when it isn't due yet) and the one prior. Which is BS. All other companies pay the oldest past due first. We have spoken to them a couple of times and they avoid the question completely. They treat my husband like c*** when he calls. What kind of company is this? A company that takes advantage of people who are working on their credit that is what they are. Instead of putting money to the oldest past due, they don't and put it as a bad thing on the credit report as the most past due mount. They are threating putting it in 60 days past due which is not true. It would only be one payment if they did it the right way. We would have been caught up by now if they did not do this. I may go legal on this. Class action would be great. And if they retaliate, that is even more of a case. They do not want to help people, they want to abuse them and steel their money on the c*** interest. It isn't the interest my husband signed for.Bridgecrest

This finance company is a scam. Don't ever finance a vehicle from them. I financed my car through them because they own drive time. That's the place that sold me a piece of s*** Anyway I have owned my junk now for just shy of a year and I financed ********* though them for my car and I have made every payment Early and on time and over every month and I called today to see what I still owe on the piece of c*** and they told me that I still owe ********* ? I mean this is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. I would not finance a bicycle through these ignorant people who think that they can just take people's money. Listen to me people and please don't make the same mistake that I have made. The car was in the shop for the first 5 months that I had it because they had to put 5 used transmissions in there to get it right. Please people listen Bridgecrest, Drive Time and ******* are all of the same owner. And they certainly think that they know how to scam someone..Bridgecrest
