    The good dispensary, sold vaporizers, marketed as medical and medicinal, that were so incredibly below quality health standards that it caused nasal bleeding, abdominal swelling and profuse swelling of the legs. As they were full of butane and acetone improperly made to an incredibly below quality health standard.When contacted and informed about the near fatal product on their shelf, they unremorsefully hung up and refused any further discussion. In an incredibly childish manner they are willing and are selling dangerous and deadly below quality products labeled as medical to consumers From manufacturers who leave dangers levels of chemicals still in their product to be sold.These products sold by Good dispensary have been marketed as medical and pure, while still full of butane and acetone.     Date: 11/04/2023 Time: Around 10:30am Location: The Good dispensary in **** Transaction: $71 The bud tender, an employee, assisted me with a purchase. The customer service I received was frightening. The bud tender and I got into a disagreement about a coupon. I had informed the staff I had never used a coupon before while the bud tender kept informing me I would not be allowed to use the same coupon twice. I went to pull money out of the *** to pay in cash. When my purchase was completed the bud tender was refusing to provide my change of $9. I had informed the bud tender he forgot my change and the bud tender advised me to return my product as they were no longer going to complete my purchase. I advised my purchase has already been completed and all I wanted was the change I was owed and that the tender was being very rude.The bud tender did not like this comment and proceed to throw my change on the counter and try to force me to give them back my product. When I grabbed my change they tried to grab the change or product and when they were unsuccessful they came after me by running towards me. I ran in fear of physical harm and the bud tender stated I was quote a scary a** I immediately left the store and advised I would no longer return due to this customer service. This feels like an abuse of power. The bud tender was over 6 foot tall, mix ethnicity and bald. Did not catch their name. I am a 53 female and was in a hostile environment. The bud tender was beyond rude. Attempting to be physical and chase me out because I did not agree with their demeanor. Ive attempted to contact the store after to address my concerns but their customer service phone line disconnects after pressing two for assistance. Ive left a review as well but I believe this bud tender is creating unsafe measures for future customers that could potentially lead to violence.
