      I believe a Manager's word speaks to not only his Integrity, but also the reliability and trust the public should have, with the company that he or she works for. People may get good deals on vehicles here, but in NO WAY can this branch of Earnhardt claim to be a family, trustworthy operation like others. There is a parts delivery manager named *** ****** here, who verbally ABUSES, INSULTS, and BELITTLES employees daily, even AFTER he was disciplined by this Dealership Assistant Manager *** ********, *** expressly telling me that all misbehavior and unprofessionalism would be corrected after I complained. See attached photos of my correspondences with him.That was an outright LIE FROM ***, whose angry, untrained, and unprofessional subordinate kept abusing his undeserved position, continuing his tirades and abuses of his title. My brother was abused so hard and much, he vacated his position surely from that lousy manager forcing him out by his intended design. You have a good feeling about a business when you know it's well run; but lying, conniving, underhanded people posing as managers, who manage only to micromanage and insult their employees, should be publicly shouted out to vehicle buyers and warned to simply go someplace else! This is why I write this review, not for a pound of flesh or by someone disgruntled, but someone whose integrity far supersedes this group, and it demands I warn people about this SUBSTANDARD operation.
