EcoGuard put through a charge to my credit card that I did not authorize.Business response

We responded to this customers email. She was expecting follow up services for free which we don't do- it is very clear from the initial rodent inspection service that follow *** do occur and we must charge for our time and products used.
Thank you

EcoGuard is saying that a follow-up service is required and that there is a charge for it. This was never explained to me! I did not request their follow-up. I did not want them to "walk the property" or refill traps. I made it clear to them that I simply wanted them to check their locked bait station which they left during their over-priced inspection.Initial Complaint

I used this service approximately 6 weeks ago. At the time I discussed I had an issue with my lower level bathroom. They suggested a spray and a return 30 day spray. I agreed to have them come and spray one time for bugs and put out a rodent box. I paid for the service and NEVER signed up or agreed to any return services which they have fully acknowledged. After ******************************************* to come back and re-spray. I was unavailable to deal with them as I was out of state assisting my mother with a broken hip. They said they would follow up. I responded with a thumbs up emoji acknowledging their response. At the time I was unsure if I wanted or needed them to return as I was NOT happy with their service. They did not thoroughly spray the bathroom area that I called about and the problem persisted until I dealt with it myself. On Monday 11/8th they called again during a loan closing I was doing and I advised I would need to call back. They said text message is fine. They had texted me earlier that day asking if they could come by and spray. I DID NOT respond and authorize them. After they called and I was unavailable they texted again stating that they hoped to see me tomorrow, referring to Tuesday 11/9th. At this point I felt extremely harassed. I was busy again helping my parents who are now in Mesa and did not respond. I received an email receipt on Tuesday late morning that I had been charged $75 from Eco-Guard. I immediately looked at my bank account and they charged my debit card $75. At NO time did I sign anything that allowed them to make a revolving or recurring charge on my debit card nor did I authorize the service. To top it off as I wasnt home they would have only sprayed an extremely small area. I contacted them and WAS advised I would be issued a refund immediately $75. Now today 11/10th they claim they did not say that and are refusing to refund my bank account for the unauthorized transaction. This is highly unethical and illegal.
