            The valve in the bathroom needs to be repaired. I paid them half the money which is over $400.00.They couldnt turn off the water and they said they would return once we figured that out. We figured out how to turn off the water.Now, Ive called and emailed them to return and complete the job. They are ignoring me after taking my money.**, from Summit, whos number is ************** wont return my calls and the main appointment numbers mailbox is full. I hope they havent skipped town and Im out my money.Please help!!!

            Was supposed to repair a leaky shower faucet under **************************** contract. In/out 10 minutes attempted to remove a s**** to a shower faucet handle. Unable due to small amount of calcium buildup. Shower handle s**** was the only part that had a small calcium build up due to leaky shower faucet. Stated he had to break the handle and that is not covered under home warranty. Stated It will cost $750. to repair. What a crock of ****. We felt like we were ripped off of our $100.00 service fee. The So-called plumber was in a rush and did not want to spend the time to remove the s**** Nor did he want to check my bathroom faucet for low water pressure. I asked him if he wanted me to remove my items from underneath the cabinet. He stated that there was no need. He only turned the faucet on then off. And told me that I would need to replace my faucet. My husband replaced that faucet last year and still have the box it came in. DO NOT HIRE SUMMIT PLUMBING WASTE OF $. You're better off hiring Super ********** for any plumbing issues.
