We bought our 2023 ************ momentum G-class model 23G August 9, 2023. Used it one time called little dealer little prices in September of 2023 to get warranty work done told them about the repairs that needed to be done and they owe us the *** treatment which is a ceramic coating inside and outside of the camp trailer. Our appointment was November 17, 2023 and that is when we delivered our camp trailer. They said it would be about four to five weeks due to holidays Sense then they made no contact with us I've called a few times and was told nothing is done made a special trip 167 miles to little dealer little prices on January 26,2024 to speak with someone in person the service manager he told me they were going to get on it and that They would perform the work and submit warranty paperwork later. February 22, 2024 we reached out to ************ about our concern ********* with ************ contacted little dealer little prices. That was the one and only time little dealer little prices contacted us and told me i would receive updates once a week. More lies no contact and nothing had been resolved.
