Solar Edge Inverter installed has gone out twice in less than 1-1/2 years. Best part is their customer service is almost as bad as Titan’s, which doesn’t exist since they went bankrupt. So I’ve had to pay to have a new inverter installed twice. Inverter handles less than it should but they don’t offer anyway to upgrade. So my “bumper to bumper” 25 year warranty has not helped me with almost three thousand in repairs and I’ve paid my entire electric bill about half the time I have had the system.

The company went bankrupt in June 2024 and left customers without their 25 year warranty on service. They sold me some much more expensive panels! I had an offer for $39k and ended up paying $55k. I have no idea at what point they made me sign for that amount.Since June I have not been able to monitor the system and there is no one who will cover the warranty! I must pay for any service I need.

The company sold and installed defective panels to me, and did not honor its 25-year service guarantee.

Titan Solar's sales representatives made misleading claims about the energy savings and did not install the amount of Solar panels needed. I did have the company and finance company verify that the system I received was what I was paying for. Although it is not the solar system I was first quoted. There answer was yes. I have had numerous outages. With the most current being in May 2024 loosing grid power and the transfer switch did not transfer to solar back up and stored battery power. Tripped home power breaker. System shut down.I reset breaker when grid power came on and reset system as previously told to do. System is now running. Tried to contact Titan Solar and found out they went bankrupt. Called finance company and they are not much help about getting support for system. *************** told me I would have to contract service through another company. I hope the BBB can help us find a resolution or provide direction on any possible recourse available to us, particularly concerned about the voided warranty. Seeing how now our 25yr contract with Titan Solar for maintenance is void without any direction. Surely the energy commission has regulations for companys going thru bankruptcy.Thank you for any help you can provide.

We invested in solar in 2021. We were told that there was going to be tax incentives to go solar that we could use to pay down our loan so our payments would not increase. *Once the panels were installed all communication stopped. * We were not provided paperwork or any instructions for any state or federal tax credits, rebates or incentives.*When I inquired about the tax incentives they were not helpful and would not provide support or information on what I needed or needed to do to qualify to receive the incentives. *Overall we are extremely disappointed with our experience and would not recommend others to pursue solar with this company as it is clear there is misrepresentation as to what will actually received.

This company scammed my family out of $57,000.00. My solar system stopped working in May causing me to pay almost $400 in electricity. Titan Solar Power isnt answering the phone so Im paying a bill that doesnt even work, along with a sky high county bill because its not working. 0/10 do not recommend this company.

Michael N We invested in Titan Solar Power for our home in 2022. We had difficulty at first with our bills but since have straightened that part up. This week, we recieved a notice that they have filed bankruptcy. What do we do now? The company that we took out a loan for GoodLeap is still taking our money but are they still good? We paid extra for a Lifetime guarentee and repairs to our solar panels, do we get that money back? Who can we ask these questions?
