This company scammed my family out of $57,000.00. My solar system stopped working in May causing me to pay almost $400 in electricity. Titan Solar Power isnt answering the phone so Im paying a bill that doesnt even work, along with a sky high county bill because its not working. 0/10 do not recommend this company.

Horrible experience. Roof got damaged. Never received the ** unit or basically everything that was promised. We got stuck with unfinished work. For ****** dollars we need help. My husband works hard for his money and I am disabled.

JAnuary of 24 notice my roof was leaking into house. Called them several times before anyone came out. After it was granted by Titan sent people out in early Feb. 24 removed all hardware from roof. Later in feb. sent out roofers to fix only area's where the brackets were installed. Roofers wouldn't do it as house has two layers on shingles. After another month and a half Roofix was contracted by Titan to replace entire roof with proper shingles. This happened in ***. May. After roof was completed Titan started dragging out the re-installation of roof panels. On June 20 2024 i received a notice from the roofing company that i was now responsible to pay for the roof replacement as Titan has closed doors on June 4, 2024. This is complete B.S.. I didn't contract roofer Titan but know im reposable.

In 2021, Titan Solar Power installed solar panels on my house located at ************************************************************************. Project # TSP94905. Although the installation was completed, the activation of the panels experienced significant delays that affected me financially, as I was already paying both the financier for the panels and the previous electricity provider. Unfortunately, on June 19, 2024, after heavy rains, a leak started in the roof right where the solar panels are installed. I tried to contact Titan Solar Power's service and maintenance department, only to find out that the company has closed down, leaving me and many others in a situation of damage and helplessness.What actions can we take now? Who can we turn to defend our rights?"

We contracted with Titan Solar in December 2022 for a solar system that was promoted to completely replace our use of power through FPL Northwest, but we still had to pay the power company $150. to $200. each month in 2023. Also, we were given a web site that we could use to track the amount of solar energy that our system was making each month, but we are unable to bring up the website with our email address and the representatives from Solar Edge did not know how to assist us in correcting the problem so we have to rely on what the power company says that we owe each month. In addition to all of this, we recently received a new single edge inverter in the mail to be installed by a local contractor, but there was a problem with the installation appointment so now they claim that they need a new work order to complete the job, and since we have not been able to communicate with anyone from Titan or Solar Edge to issue the work order, we now have a new inverter with no one to install it. So, if you are wanting my review of Titan Solar/Solar Edge and their subcontractors then it would be zero stars. Good luck to any other individuals who are using the system!

I have had my solar power installed 3 years ago and my system has gone down at least 3 times and now again this June, time and time again I have had enormous power bills and the company will not help me with any assistance paying these power bills, their equipment has been faulty since the beginning and i am so sorry i invested I will never recommend this company.

I believe my elderly mom was talked into and therefore taken advantage of, by selling her solar panels. She didn't think she would have an electricity bill once she did this. My mom didn't get any tax credit that she was promised, either. My mom suffers with dementia and a sales person should have known, this , but they are just in it for the sale $$. Do Not do business with a company, that is allowed to do this, please learn from my mother's mistake.

We invested in solar in 2023. We were told that there was going to be tax incentives to go solar that we could use to pay down our loan so our payments would not increase. *Once the panels were installed all communication stopped. * We were not provided paperwork or any instructions for any state or federal tax credits, rebates or incentives.*When I inquired about the tax incentives they were not helpful and would not provide support or information on what I needed or needed to do to qualify to receive the incentives.* We were also told we would be receiving insulation for our attic "free" as part of the package, yet there wasn't any communication or plans to set the appointment for insulation and we never received the insulation to our home. *Overall we are extremely disappointed with our experience and would not recommend others to pursue solar with this company as it is clear there is misrepresentation as to what will actually received.

This company does not keep their promises. I called multiple times to have an advisor come out and look at my solar array because its not working and no one has shown up. No one calls back with any updated information. This company does not participate in ethical business practices.

My solar project is still ongoing. It was supposed to start November 2023, didn't start until March 2024. Excuse after excuse was given - paperwork, labor, usual issues. Then learned they closed the local office (Grrenville, SC) without regard for local projects. Finally had the solar panels installed told by the rep that the install wouldn't take the 4 scheduled days - the guys on the job bragged that it would take the 4 days because they get paid by the hour. NEXT, couldn't get the batteries connected because of paperwork...again. Then the scheduled connect day arrives and I receive no notice that the entire **************** was closed The electricians were layed off the day they were supposed to finish my job - who does that? Titan does that, no regard for their customers. Their ******** postings brag about their comment to the community and customers....they are acting like a company about to go out of business.If you are outside of ******* - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will sell you on their superior product and service, haven't seen it yet. I had 3 electricians onsite waiting for the Titan electricians - $1500 per day.
