      ************ We purchased a utility trailer from JacksSons Trailers in ********* ** that had been traded in for an enclosed trailer. We immediately received great service from ********************* at JacksSons Trailers. He quickly processed the paperwork while the knowledgable technicians did a final check on the trailer and helped us hook it up to be sure everything was in working order. When we need another trailer in the future we will be sure to come back.

      Service at the Mesa location was awesome. ************************* was phenomenal and the service guys to hook up our trailer for us were great recommend them for our family and friends.

      The front office of Jackssons Trailers has convinced me to move my business down the street to Big Tex Trailers. Never been treated so rudely by the front office gal and charged so unfairly. Over $5,000 to replace an axle or almost $600.00 to run two wires to my rear bumper from my battery. I have many trailers for my two roofing business's and have paid the ****** high prices ($185.00 per hr) always leaving shaking my head. Went to Big Tex Trailers today (********************* store manager ) and set up a new account to handle our trailers. They treated me like they wanted our business. **************** is so important when growing a business. Jacksson's Trailer front office gal, drives customers away and is terribly rude and condescending with customers. If she worked for me, she would be fired and frog marched off the property.
