      Just want to say the this dealership is not honest at all! When you a vehicle or even after buying the vehicle! I will not recommend them to no one!

      Awful place to do business. Do not come to trucks only, trying to buy a used vehicle. Ive taken my truck to trucks only all year to get it fixed. They have gave me a different answer for why its causing problems every single time Ive taken it in. Ive had all oil changes done on time have all my paperwork on the truck and they declined my lifetime motor warranty and have not been able to fix the truck. They have only worked around the problem just to get it back on the road for a couple weeks. They kept the truck for 2 months when it was suppose to get a new engine and never put anything in, never received a detailed invoice on any of there work. Now Im taking it this weekend and they want to charge a 150$ diagnostic and will be a couple days before they begin looking into it. Im beyond tired of all the managers and workers there. They will try and fight and argue over the phone and think its funny. Very unprofessional. 3 years ago it was not the same business it is today. Do not spend your money here, fraud warranty, fraud work, and very rude managers. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

      I bought a van from trucks only and it pulls to the right we discussed this and thay signed a piece of paper saying that they would fix this if I bought the truck so I bought the *********** also bought an expensive warranty from them. Ive been back five times and it is still not fixed.

      Apparently "out the door" pricing means something different here. We negotiated an "out the door" price but when we sat down to sign paperwork that amount was $5,000 higher than what was negotiated. Basically, they don't honor their own verbal agreement and they absolutely refuse to come down off of the listed "no haggle internet price". Then there is the financing. I had my own financing but they said they could get me a better interest rate so I let them do in house financing, ended up with almost 2% higher interest rate on a loan for 2 years longer than what I had from my bank!

      We have never had such an awful experience. Our truck has been in the garage more than we've been able to drive it. Would not recomend doing business here.

      Not a fan, took my truck in for a sensor issue. They said was covered by warranty. Had my truck for a week, after I picked up the truck I drove it to work and the same trouble code came in. So I took the truck to a closer shop, they showed me the sensor that was not new and was not replaced. This shop fixed my truck in less than 24 hrs. I paid out of pocket and want trucks only to pay for what they said that they fixed. When I called they said they would not be willing to do that and that I need to bring the truck back to them. I dont have time to have it gone for another week. Its already fixed by a different shop and now I think trucks only should cover the bill for the work they said they did.
