      Hi I took my son (DOB 06/02/2004) for a check on wrist pain and when we checked in I also requested a Flu Shot. The receptionist did NOT mention that the Flu shot is NOT sent to insurances for coverage. At the end of the visit we were charged $30. This was on Oct 18 2021 I feel cheated since had I known that this was a charge I would have to pay for I would have gone to CVS for a free Flu shot.I sent email inquiries via their web site over the last 2 weeks and tried to call repeatedly however no responses I would like to be refunded. Nextcare can **** my insurance

      Physicians Assistant only one on duty. No doctor available in building. Took urine sample thought possible bladder infection. No definite results had to send it out. I complained about sore throat and ear. She briefly looked in throat. She prescribed medicine that would only treat bladder infection if I had one, but would not address sore throat. I was able to contact another Dr. a few days later and was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection. Was prescribed antibiotics and steroids for it. Since physicians assistant did not prescribe anything or diagnose sinus infection after I asked her many times to treat it I don't believe they should **** my insurance. Plus my test results showed I didn't have a bladder so she gave medicine I didn't need, but wouldn't give medicine I did need.

      I am receiving collections notices based on a **** i never received from NEXTCARE. when i called my insurance company to find out why i would owe that much for an urgent care visit, she said NEXTCARE never billed my insurance and due to the date of 5/12/21 should not be in collections already. United healthcare tried to contact NEXTCARE but was on hold 15 minutes, then the phone rang for 20 minutes no answer. i want this resolved as i never should have been turned over to collections and do NOT want this negatively impacting my credit. This was for service on 5/12/21 for ***********************.

      I was seen on September 9, 2021 by a NextCare Urgent Care Tele Doc PA. I was emailed a doctors note, but requested a revised copy with the actual dates. Ive called the Next Care urgent care customer service line over ********************************************************************************** This morning September 20, 2021 I was told by a customer service agent that answered the phone that a revised letter was never uploaded to my file. I even received a callback last week from PA, who stated she was forwarding me a revised copy of a doctors note.

      On August 18, 2021, I found out through my mortgage lender that I had a collections notice on my credit report. When I applied for the assumption of a mortgage loan, I was told I had a collections notice on my report from Nov. 2019 from NextCare. I never received a **** or any collections notice(s) The NextCare Accounts Receivable Representative I spoke with, ***************, confirmed the service was conducted on Sept. 17, *********************************** November 2019 and acknowledged confusion of the issue. I had insurance and was never asked to pay a deductible and I never received a **** from NextCare or any notices of collection from the agency, SCA (**************************) in *****************************. I had to call different SCA offices to even find my account. ************ sent an email confirming she asked the supervisor to review my account status and remove it from the collections agency before I pay. I am demanding this happen immediately and removal from my credit report.

      I went to nextcare in lake havasu for a Covid test 10/2020 I supplied my information and insurance card. Apparently the nextcare staff transcribed it incorrectly and the **** was not paid. They didnt call or try to **** directly but sent to collections immediately. As soon as collection agency called me I repaired nextcare mistake and the **** was paid in full. Nextcare assured me the collection was halted however they didnt let the collection agency know and the collection agency continued to pursue me including filing against my credit rating.
