1 starI have bought my vehicle was making my payments on time was a loyal customer one time I had to pay half of my payment and told them I can pay a week later the remainder they constantly threatened to shut off your vehicle which they don't tell you that when you're buying the car that there's a shut off and all these extra fees that you're getting charged and you're paying almost $1,000 a month for a basic cheap $3,000 car they're very rude they will harass you and threaten you Non-Stop I've only been with them for a few months now and I'm already looking for a new car lot they don't care even if you owe 20 bucks they will shut off your car and they are stealing so much money saying there's these all these fees it's unreal they're 10 times charging way over with the car is worth they don't tell you nothing they lie to you when you're buying the car and add on another deposit it's not just 500 down and tell you you only can pick from three cars but yet they're making you pay more of a down payment another $500 that you make payments on for a piece of c*** car do not buy a vehicle from them add all your the biggest mistake and you'll end up with a repo on your credit because you'll want to go somewhere else cuz I will take that voluntary repo and I'm going somewhere else they lost my business I am tired of being harassed threatened for being a loyal customer and ask them for one favor and they told me they were going to shut off my car for $37 there a con artist scams beware of themReview fromAnthony U

1 starRun away as fast as you can, they give nothing about the customer it's all about money and sell you a vehicle with a salvage title acting like it's a brand new car, I made the mistake of buying one of these junk cars, paying over 600 a month my payments were always on time but when my father passed away on March 20 this year I asked them if I could get a break because I had to pay for my father's funeral, nope they shut the car off and said I had to make the payment. That's another thing they will shut your car off if you're an hour late on your payment they don't care about your family emergency or anything just want the money. I will never deal with these crooked people again. I should talk to my attorney about this. I think I will I was given a bad deal from the start ZERO STAR RATINGReview fromApril K

These people are unbelievable. They straight *** people for their hard earned money and have no conscience putting them in the worse vehicle anyone could ever find and charge thousands of dollars simply because they can. I want out of this nightmare with these people. The car broke down 2 days after I got and left me stranded in the middle of no where for an entire weekend and believe it or not it continued to just get worse for the next two week I can't tell u how much money I wasted the whole two weeks I had it. I put more money into being stranded than I did gas to drive it!

We do have a warranty that covers pretty much everything mechanical. We just need the car at our shop. Now your car was crashed and left at a tire shop. We sent a free tow and now the car will be fixed with the **** to be able to start any repairs the customer needs to arrange the $500 deductible with Desert Finance. ************** also can put it into payments. 1 starWARNING:My partner and I, took advantage of the 2 free tires and oil change. 5 hrs of waiting later the car was DESTROYED! They DROVE IT! The rims are completely messed up (scratches dent from dropping or the tire wrench / demount tool didn't fit properly). I have done basic mechanic work. They did NOT put 6 quarts of oil as the car calls for. It is not reading on the dip stick at all. They also BROKE a metal (Maybe plastic bracket) on the engine. I do not know what they were doing with this car for 5 hours (I WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM) but an oil change and 2 tires was all the 2014 Buick was scheduled... NOW, I have to pay more for a REAL mechanic to go over everything AGAIN!I was initially told a *month before (when making the appointment) they would have the tires and it would be a 2 hour wait at most.I only financed here due to credit issues but I pay 900 a month and did not expect to have a really good car destroyed!Review fromSandra F

1 starOk so 19 days ago, YES 19 days ago. We got a car from B&G auto sales. The first week the car ran fine, a little concerned with the way it started up but we just thought ok maybe it sat too long without being driven, WRONG!! But keep reading. So then another week went by and the sides where the windshield is in the front flew off. Got them and put them in the trunk. As were driving the car started jerking really hard with a warning light that said Transmission failure service now, mind you we were in the middle of the road when the car started acting stupid, we could have gotten seriously hurt, so then we thought ok, lets get our own insurance to save money and make sure we are 100% covered in case of emergency so BOOM heres where it gets crazy. We spoke to over 15 insurance companies who was trying to charge us $870 for a down payment on liability coverage NEVER have I EVER paid that much so then I started questioning. Why is the down payment so high for the insurance THE INSURANCE COMPANY begans to tell me, this vehicle was in 5 major accidents and has a salvaged title, and According to the car fax the car shouldnt even have been sold again. Even if they did fix it. But looks like it was in a recent accident July 20th 2024 WHATTTTT??? we just got the car July 25th 2024. The insurance agent then tells me please go and look at the car fax on the car. So BOOM I go look at the car fax and as soon as it pulled up my heart jumped in my stomach. The fact that B&G DIDNT TELL US ABOUT THE ACCIDENTS NOR THE SALVAGED TITLE IS ABSURD. They never mentioned the accidents to us WHICH by LAW they are required to trust me Ive talked to an attorney ITS ACTUALLY FRUAD for them to not mention it. BUT THE PICTURES of the car that B&G AUTOSALES bought YES BOUGHT from the AUCTION for $1225 and trying to sell to us for $16,000 and some change with total payout being $23,277.36 to be exact. 1 starSCAMM!!!!!! This is now my second car from this place due to them not properly fixing the first car. Here we are again with the second car. I went in to get an alternator replaced. ******** along with the alternator you would replace the serpentine and pulleys. They give me my car back staying they fixed it. Nope Friday morning its squealing all over again. The setup is because they know your car will break down and schedule you out two weeks. The sales manger admitted that they never changed the pulleys. He called me back today to tell me the car is driving good but still squealing due to k him not being able to pinpoint which pulley to change. Instead of changing both to get the problem, he tells me I can get my car and if it breaks down h*** pay for the tow. That makes zero sense. Why not just fix it properly. 1 starDO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this place! Even if you are in desperate need of a vehicle. I have been very patient with them. They do not disclose all information until after you sign your contract. The are not PROFESSIONAL at all! The vehicles are overprices and SALVAGED. Despite the fact I went back a week later...they kept giving me the run around. No where in their contracts is there a return policy like any other "normal" dealership. Lots of shady business! DO BUY FROM THEM...take UBER. Trust me. I am seeking legal actions against them.
