It's unfortunate I had to leave a star at all. The people who run this place knowingly and willfully allow people to test drive their vehicles like race cars on the public streets. There's a reason why the speed limit is 25mph in a residential neighborhood. When you allow your test drivers to race 80-100mph down residential streets, you have decided your 'thrill' is more important than the lives of the families who live in that neighborhood, on that street.

Bought a vehicle here a little less than a year ago and had nothing but problems with it the whole time I have owned it. **** never worked, incorrect battery was installed, car blew a head gasket already, ac stopped working after 1 month, suspension needs to be redone, radio barely works, all speakers were blown, car has 2 lights that come on that put the car in limp mode constantly. Not to mention the handful of fluids are leaking throughout the engine bay.Customer service was good when buying the car, but def not going back after they sold me a complete dud of a car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im now upside down in a car I cant afford to keep running, DO NOT GO HERE. Absolute waste of time and money for an absolute piece of junk. I couldn't be anymore disappointed in my purchase of this vehicle.

We bought a car December 28th. We did not pick up the car till January 6th due to a new clutch. Needing to be put in when we picked up the car. We noticed that the oil was so over filled and the salesman just kept blowing off for the question. One month of having the car, the motor blew up. They did not take any responsibility for the car and said it was. Our fault wasn't willing to help put a new motor in our car. Wanted us to take about to their car dealership and have them work on it. When they can't even fill the oil right and was gonna put a used motor in the car. So we can keep having the same issues wasn't willing to pay. Half of the cost wasn't willing to give me the information to the owner of the company. Then they don't answer the phone. They wouldn't give me the copy of a report saying it was a top a expectation on the car. Now I'm sitting with a $25000 car in my driveway. With an $8000 motor that needs to be put in that I can't drive. They did offer me to come. Trade it in so I can have an a $60000 car because of all the back pay that I would need to take over from my other car. I would not recommend this company for any car loans. Car was dirty. They didn't even wash it. License plate still hasn't came in the mail it's just been a total s*** show. Now I don't have a car.

I was in a Lyft ride to work today and a past employee decided to tell me as we are passing this dealership, to Not buy anything from this dealership. The owner has a collision shop and brings vehicles from there, wipes their car info on cars that should be totaled and sells them. I can pull info from my Lyft ride receipts and provide you his name and information if you would like to do a full investigation. Im worried about the safety of children as a car he told me about was a mini van and those are typically family vehicles with children involved.

I went to the dealership with my boyfriend and his 8 year old daughter to look into buying a vehicle. I test drove a couple. *********************** was very nice to begin with when he thought we were an easy sell. One of the vehicles he showed us seemed higher than others I had seen so we said we wanted said we wanted to think about it and ****** demeanor changed drastically at that point from good to bad quickly. He asked what we had to think about and we said the price. He made some remarks about things on my credit and then abruptly got up and started walking away so my boyfriend said "I appreciate your time." To which **** said, "Yeah I bet you do." This is what gives used car salesmen a bad name. I will never go back there. WHEN I do purchase a vehicle it will be from somewhere else and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from there as well.** the response to this review from the owner on ****** was exactly what I would expect from a dealership like this, defensive and awful. I hope everyone reading this now knows what they are dealing with. Everyone knows that people who get defensive when bad reviews are left only makes them look really bad (but I already knew they were bad). He said that my boyfriend belittled the salesman in front of his 8 year daughter for asking for the carfax and saying the price was high, absolutely not! Now not only has this salesperson commented on my credit so has the owner, is this the kind of dealership you want to buy a vehicle from? I had a repossession of a camper after I went through a terrible divorce and could not pay for it because my ex husband would not give it back to me, prior to that my credit was perfect. Having a dealership make snide comments about it is incredibly unprofessional. Don't go here, if all the reviews about selling lemons and not making it right and being shady and rude are not enough for you then please read how they treat people who don't come right in and purchase and not ask questions or think about a large purchase.
