1 starThis is not a good place as advertised on the radio and t.v. I signed paperwork for a 2007 truck, deal was done with a handshake. I got my full coverage insurance,paid my down payment. Picked it up Aug 6 2024.Returned it Aug 8 2024 due to d/s headlight not working and rear window not rolling up. Few days later they said my co-signer didn't get approved. I've called several times for an explanation but got the run around. I went into the office, I over heard the finance lady say what's he doing here. So I asked to get my things I had out of the truck. I called about my refund and got no return call. And today Aug 22 ******************************************************************************* a 2015 truck,I declined and asked for my refund. So I will be checking my mail for a check.. oh and they never said a word about $3000 trade in as advertised . Might be hearing this on 3tv!Review fromFelecity P

1 starDO NOT GO HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!I recently purchased a vehicle from here, they delivered it to me and picked up my trade in car. On my drive home the car broke down and I was on the side of the freeway with my infant child. Their response was "sorry were all at home there's nothing we can do". I then brought the vehicle to a different mechanic where they quoted me 6600$ to fix the issue. The dealership took the car back to fix , 3 days later said it was fixed. Their mechanic stated there was nothing wrong with the car. The car then broke down 5+ times after this. I only had the car for 7 days.........Review fromKrystal B

1 starIf I could give zero stars I would! This place originally stated I was approved with no money down and signed a contract. Then said 3 days later that I needed $1000 down. I only agreed because I really needed the vehicle. I told them I would pay as I could and **** told me that was no problem and would work with me. They have now charged my card several times without my consent and as I have been able to get them ro reverse the charges but they keep doing it!! If I would have known how shady they are I NEVER would have gone there and I will never recommend anyone go there! All they care about is the sale and not the customer!Review fromDavid W

1 starDo not shop here unless you want to be ghosted after the ink is dry on the sale. Been calling and emailing for a month with no response. If you do end up here, avoid **** in Finance. He'll sell you a warranty he knows nothing about and tell you it covers everythingReview fromAundreah A

Do not at all waste your time coming to Sullivan Motors. I bought a car from them under the impression that there was nothing wrong with it. That was an all out lie, I had to take it in to be inspected by another shop I knew was trustworthy and was given a LIST of things wrong with the car. I am now having to fix everything piece by piece when I was told NOTHING was wrong with the car. The shop at Sullivan Motors when I initially took it to them for battery problems I was told "well we can't replicate the issue so you need to come get it." I said absolutely not, I have a child that rides in this vehicle and the issue will be fixed. I am now back in the same position of having to buy and replace a part myself when again, I was told "It's in perfect shape." Do not trust this place.

1 starMy name is *******************, and I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. The buying experience ultimately wasn't bad. The truck I bought had a few issues. I.e. tailgate damage abs light on a key does not work. All things that could be repaired fairly easily and quickly. I worked the deal and received a "we owe" paper from the dealership basically agreeing to repair the issues. After 2 months of owning my truck I still have not got some of the work done. I called multiple times to see if the parts came in and was given the run around. I went down in person and spoke to *** the service manager. He tried to explain supply issues and so on. Well I know that it doesn't take 2 months to source. Key or tailgate or abs sensor.I finally got my tailgate which I had to install myself. Not a big deal. But still time and energy could of been better spent elsewhere. I fixed the abs sensor too, with no reimbursement offered. Key still doesn't work, window tint was not done as agreed.What this basically says is, even with it in writing, once the dealer gets paid your on your own for the repairs.Not sure the next step will be, but I will keep this updated.Review fromSteven C.

5 starsI had a great experience buying a used Jeep at SULLIVAN motors in ****. The salesman I had was excellent. ****** was our salesman , He listened to our concerns and what we were looking for, went to his manager to help us with the price and financing options, all in all there was no pressure or reccomending of different vehicles, just helped us with what we were interrested in. allowed us to test drive the jeep, he was just great.Review frompeter c

1 starThis is not an upstanding business. They have deceitful sales practices. Especially the Finance manager *****. He is unprofessional does not seem to have a real grasp on what is available from his lenders. If he does know then he is simply a shady businessman. If the ownership condones his actions then they clearly are shady as well. He Changed our deal after singing docs and taking a trade in vehicle. 3 weeks later sends over completely different document at shorter term and triple the interest rate. WE said no what are other options he said come up with $4000 cash. We said we will see The next day he said sign the deal or I am calling the cops and telling them that the Truck as *****.
