I bought a car from them on December 27th.A little over a month later my car was gone when I went to go to work one morning. The owner ******* picked it up because I was late paying the car insurance. I explained to him that I had been sick and work was slow and it was either feed my daughter or pay the insurance.******* is very unprofessional and rude. I've read other reviews that he picks up cars for the simplest reasons and tries to charge outrageous fees to get your car back plus he keeps the down payment.I don't understand how he's still in business if he's stealing people's money!

I leased a Jeep Renegade 2018 with ****** miles on September 1st 2023. On September 19th the car broke down while I was driving it. The dealership came to tow the car and then refused to give the car back to me. They told me that since I had changed residences in the course of the 19th days I was in possession of the car that "the bank" had backed out of my loan and that I was no longer eligible to have the car. When I asked how they knew I moved, they said that they had been tracking my car and my whereabouts. Upon further inspection of the lease agreement, after asking my mom to take a look at it, we noticed that "U Park We Sell" was listed as the "creditor", meaning they pulled the financing and kept the car and my downpayment and September payment, even though I was only is possession of the car for 19 days. Also, the mileage on the car changed from ****** to ******* in the course of that 19 days. Text to my mom about that attached. In short:I would like my payment refunded a prorated amount for the time I had the car. I never signed an agreement that said they could track my car 24/7. The tracking section in the lease agreement says they can ONLY track my car in case of non-payment/repossession. Tracking 24/7 without approval from the buyer is illegal. They just relisted the Jeep on their website on October 22nd with the same mileage they sold it to me on September 1st, which is false advertising for the next consumer.

I purchased a vehicle from this car lot in February 2022, the advertised price was $8995 around Oct 2022 they repossessed without any written notice. I was able to get the car back after paying my past due balance with an additional fee from them having it towed. My recent issue is that while I was in the hospital, I received several texts & an email asking me if I had the keys. I was confused until I finally received a message that they had repossessed the car again from the hospital parking lot while I was in it. Again, I did not receive any written notification at all, I also was only 2 weeks late with my payment. I have currently been receiving home health care so I have had my mother communicating with them, they are asking her if she has the keys as well & that I will have to pay another tow fee for them taking the vehicle again. Now I do understand that I have to pay what I owe however, I do not feel that they should be allowed to just come & take my car whenever they feel like it then to pretty much bully me with paying additional fees to get it back. I am disabled & really need to have my vehicle without the additional pressure & stress of them just coming & taking it whenever they feel like it.
