    Whoever is the garbage collector in the ***************** area specifically at exchange at the beach is awful at their job. I open my door frustrated most days still seeing trash left outside my door. Laziness for the $300 a year that is added to my rent for this awful service.

    Fail to pick up trash over half the time, and since they make deals with apartments directly we have no choice but to pay an exorbitant price for roughly 33% of a service and no help when service is missed.

    You are hired for a set amount, they change it anytime they want but you still have to do the same amount of work. After a year with no call ins the cut my pay by %50

    The company does not pick up trash consistently. I pay for valet, but they failed to pick up my trash for three days in a row.
