    Purchased 5 custom blinds on 4/30/24. Received blinds on 5/22/24. Color ordered was Driftwood which is clearly shown as brown on their website. Blinds received were light colored with green markings. Their website states there could be slight variation but this isnt even in the same category. I contacted them with my concerns. They stated no refund would be issued. Their photos are complete misrepresentations of the product being sold. I want to return the product for a refund.

    Hi *****, 

    I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the color of the shades. The shades are made of bamboo and as explained on prior communication the natural product will have many color/texture variations. Additionally, the colors will appear depending on which monitor/phone screen it is viewed. For this reason we do offer free sample swatches of the fabrics/materials for our custom made products. I don't see that free samples were ordered. I can offer you a 10% compensation refund.

    I do not accept your offer.  Your website says that there is a possibility of a slight variation in color.  This is not a slight variation.  Has nothing to do with the screen its being viewed on.  I can also provide photos from 10 different screens.  None of them will show the product color of what we received.  

    I want a 100% refund. I will return the products.

    Order: ******* Had blinds installed by a hired contractor on November 24. I ordered 4 blinds. Three blinds in the color warm cocoa and one blind in antique pewter. After taking down my existing blinds and putting up the hardware my contractor advised me all the blinds appeared to be the same color a light gray. I used the contact us form on the website immediately after inspecting my contractors work. I followed up with a direct email as there was not auto reply after using the online form that my contact request was received. After multiple back and forth emails they reached out to the manufacturer who advised they were correctly fabricated.I have samples in hand for the color warm cocoa and antique pewter from blinds chalet that show the blinds received DO NOT match the color samples which are the same colors you see online.They have asked me to donate the blinds to a charity and they will refund a portion of my blind costs. This makes no sense as to the unique size of the windows who would want these blinds, not to mention removing brackets and leaving me without any window coverings. I will also have to pay another $100 on top of the cost for ordering new blinds to get new blinds reinstalled. A better plan is to work with the manufacturer with a sample in hand (as I have) to have the blinds remade and shipped to ******* (their HQ) to ensure the color is correct. I have images of the samples next to the blinds and there is absolutely NO COLOR MATCH!!! Light gray blinds do not match the decor of my room which is why I ordered warm cocoa for three of the blinds. This company is not putting the customer first. Manufacturers make errors all the time. I can share a video of the blinds and samples.

    I'm sorry to hear that the shade colors were not to your liking. Normally we would not accept returns for custom made window blinds and shades, however, an exception has been made. You can send the product back to the address below within 30 days and a full refund will be issued.

    I purchased 8 Silverscreen solar shades from Blinds Chalet (order #*******), which were shipped to me on June, 18th, 2022. On November, 3rd 2022, the Silverscreen fabric (the blind itself) detached from its roller and fell to the ground. I wrote to the company asking for help gluing the fabric back to the roller. I needed to know what type of glue I would need and how to disassemble and re-assemble the roller from the case and motor. ******************* responded to my email asking for a picture, which I sent. I have sent 5 emails asking for a follow-up response and nobody has answered since then. Since the company has not been willing to work with me to fix the blind, I would like to receive a replacement blind.
