Our business focus is in providing prompt and reliable solutions to help minimize your downtime while repairing your vehicle, tractor-trailer, RV or any other heavy equipment you may have. Our facility is divided into 2 separate shops, each equipped with the latest state of the art equipment and operated by certified specialists that will diagnose your unit with up to date computer scanners that will help us diagnose, troubleshoot and repair your unit with complete certainty once you have been provided with a written estimate and have had all of your questions and concerns addressed by our experienced sales associates that will make sure to communicate with you during the process.
Our passenger vehicles service center, is operated under the Tire Pros Franchise, in order to provide our customers with a Nationwide Warranty that assures you that all of the services rendered here will have a written warranty. We offer coast-to coast warranties and free roadside assistance. We also provide services to National and Government accounts. We are a Napa Service Center, and we belong to the Chamber of Commerce, the BBB and the NFIB. We offer general maintenance like oil changes, tire balancing, wheel alignments, air conditioning, batteries, belt and hoses services. We also offer brakes, engines, drivelines, suspensions and tires repairs.

WARRANTY POLICY
PARTS
-All parts and accessories have manufactures warranty only.
-Electrical parts have no warranty unless specified by manufacturer.
-Shipping and labor are not covered under anu warranty coverage.
LABOR
-Alignment warranty valid for 30 days.
-Please refer to your Nationwide Warranty Policy, under what is covered by this warranty for more information.
TIRES
-We do not assume any type of liability for used, recapped or recycled tires. Uses tires are sold as-is only.
RETURN POLICY
-No returns allowed on: special orders, clearance and used or discontinued items, all others are subject to 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 15 days from original sale date.
-All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, unmounted, in original package and in first class re-saleable condition.
LAY-AWAY SALES
-Lay-away must be fully paid within a 60-day period.
-A required 25% minimum down payment at the time of lay-away sale.
-Failure to pay a lay-away within a 60-day period incurs in a re-stocking fee of 25% and items will be returned to inventory for sale.
-No refunds, no cancellations on lay-aways, no exceptions.
