    Not honest in sales ***** I said no to their very low offer on my trade and immediately they came back with a 5000 dollar increased offer. Also on website they advertise a good price then try to sell same vehicle for ***** over their advertised price. Dishonest

    I recently purchased a truck from Liberty GMC. It has been a horrendous experience that caused me financial and mental distress. After only one week of owning the truck, the transmission failed. I made multiple attempts to contact Liberty GMC to get a resolution. No one ever called me back to apologize, help fix the problem or provide any support. For 2 months I have been requesting all the documents I signed for the truck I purchased. Liberty GMC refuses to send all the documents to me. They are acting very suspicious. I believe that they are hiding/falsifying documents to cover up mechanical problems the truck previously had. Car salesman *********** is incompetent. Sales manager ********************* is ignorant. General manager ********************* is a coward and very unprofessional. Everyone at liberty GMC should be ashamed of themselves as representatives of GM and human beings. This terrible experience has cost me a lot of time and money. I honestly feel like I was apart of a scam that Liberty GMC devised. If you ever make the mistake of doing business with Liberty I advise you to use extreme caution!!I am now in financial distress because of everyone at Liberty GMC and their lack of integrity, quality and respect.

    I took my vehicle in for a ticking noise. This dealership never took a diagnosis test. as I found out after I paid $3100 and used ****** in bonus points, the ticking noise is still there and I was also told I had to replace the Sway Bar, Stabilizer Bar, Rear Trailing Bushing. The Service manager informed me of miscommunication but I was sent an email to trade my vehicle off since I had taken such good care of it and they would refund my service charges. the service manager informed me since I was still hearing the loud ticking noise to turn my radio up. What a joke to be told that after I paid that amound of money on repairs. That they couldn't reveal the diagnostic paper to determine what the problem was plus I had a light to come on after I picked my vehicle up. This dealership is not worthy of any consumer business they lie and take advantage of you for money to get good ratings. This is unacceptable. Now i still have the ticking noise and my vehicle is worse now.

    Stay away from this dealership, they will not honor any promises they make even if it's in writing. . The staff , specially the ** are a joke . 0 communicatios, the list goes on and on . *********** away. i would give it -5 if possible
