      Driggs Title is the absolute worse title company Ive ever encountered. As the seller (or even buyer) of a property, title companies are there to streamline document processing and organize the sale/purchase of a home to happen on a close date the buyer/seller/lenders/title company can all agree on. Driggs Title ************* cant even follow through properly on their responsibilities for such. They requested multiple payoff quotes throughout December of 2024 but chose to go with a lesser payoff resulting in this problem I am experiencing. They also reversed the wire funds that my mortgage company received as of January 10, 2025 although the home close was December 27, ************************************************************************************************************** that house nor owning it. Not to be forgotten, they continuously have failed to send my previous solar loan documents in a timely manner, resulting in more monthly payments that I should not be paying for something I legally do not own anymore. Driggs Title has yet to respond to my mortgage company and myself in our repeated contact made via phone calls/emails. I do not recommend even considering Driggs Title if you are looking to buy a home. I wish sellers had more choice in this selection as well. Updates to this review and BBB will happen if Driggs Title - ************ can fix this problem before litigation occurs.       This company I worked with I bought a house through I dropped ****** the ************************************************************************************************************************** working condition the septic was broken worth more then the whole house its sell they did foreclosure they didnt wnat to work with me to get them paid for the 3 months I was behind they didnt give me chance n through me out with my 2 autistic n my children as well plz dont trust them there all scammers

      Closed on 5/15/2022 Driggs title says that don't have all the payoffs. How do you close and everything signed from seller and buyer and notarized but you don't have all the paperwork they need? It's costing me ******************** my home I sold I have emails stating funds are being disbursed but again nothing. No communication. I want them to end up paying the 130 a day since they already got there **** from me.

      Working with ********************** in ******** was awesome. Knowledgeable, responsive and above all thorough. They were always there when we needed them with answering questions and their expertise in a tricky situation. I truly believe we would not have gotten this home without them and their knowledge on how to solve problems and work with a difficult realtor in a professional manner. If we ever have the chance we will definitely work with ********************** again.

      I have been using ***** @ Driggs for many years. I have followed her to every title company she works for. I would highly recommend her for title services. She goes above and beyond for her clients and mine. I can't even count the number of times she has personally drove to sign buyers late at night to ensure they close on time the next day. I always check up with my signings and every client always says what a pleasant experience it was to work with her. Give her a try.... You won't' be disappointed
