      The team at *** was quickly available to evaluate my leaking roof and provided me with detailed pictures. The owner communicated effectively the potential problem that created the leak. The team was out the very next day to repair my roof and once again provided me with many photos showing me the issue and exactly how they completed the repair. I felt the estimate was very appropriate. Keep in mind when needing leaky roof repairs not all companies will do just a section. One of the roofing contractors I received an estimate from would not repair unless they replaced the underlayment at the highest point above the leak to below the leak and across the ENTIRE roof. Their estimate was over 8 times higher! CDI Roofing gave me a 2 year warranty and didn't ask for payment till the work was done. I highly recommend this contractor.
