Our Word Energy has been in contact with me and kept me updated since I contacted to go solar. They completed what was a very thorough and comprehensive inspection of my home prior to the final plan for panel placement and installation. I was informed notified Monday that installation would commence and be completed on Wednesday . I made arrangements with them for any required access since I would be away from the house before they would begin installation. The technician was working when I returned home. He was obviously a highly skilled technician and a hard worker who completed installation of all the planned solar panels as well as the electrical piping and equipment to be used for the new solar system. It's been a consumer friendly experience. From the two gentlemen who knocked on my door, to the receptionist who handled the appointments. They believe in their product and actually enjoy what they do. No pressure, just genuine service. Thus far, I have appreciated how they have handled everything concerning my home and it's benefits. I wish I could report what others have said. I had to cancel the project, I did so timely, and it has been acknowledged by the customer advocate team and the project manager. I have sent multiple requests to the customer advocate team and project manager requesting a date of when the $2000 deposit will be processed. To date I have not received a response to my request, other than customer advocate telling me the project manager will be in contact. The project manager has failed to respond to the customer advocate team's emails or my emails to her requesting a date. There have been no less than 3 emails since June 6. The customer advocate team is not advocating for me by sending a response to me telling me the project manager will be in touch. The customer advocate team should be escalating this so that I can receive a response. It is obvious I am not receiving a response because I am communicating it to customer service. But no response is unprofessional. *****
