      Arizona Blinds *************************************************************************, charged me for 70% deposit since Sep 21 and keep informing me of back order.I have been reaching out to them the last several months.

      In February of 2021 I ordered shutters from this business and gave them a $1740 deposit. Due to Covid I was told the installation and manufacturing time was a little behind normal turnaround and I would be looking at a delivery/install time sometime around the end of May 2021. I was never contacted at this time and continued to reach out via phone and email. Calls were never returned and I would get a sporadic email saying that I was on the schedule for the upcoming week, etc. This continued for months never coming to fruition. In November of 2021 an email was sent out with a letter from the owner attached saying things were pushed back, the new install time frame was now 1/27/22-2/27/22, we would see a return on our investment soon and we were unable to get a refund. That has passed and no contact has been made regarding my order. Their website appears to be down and it appears they have gone out of business.

      On January 13, 2021, I ordered wooden blinds though Arizona Blinds, Shutters & Drapery,*********************************. It took several months to get the product, which was understandable in 2021. There was supposed to be blinds fitted for the upper and lower windows. The technician came to install the blinds on September 1, 2021. Unfortunately, the measurements had been transposed. I have no blinds for the upper window. The technician placed the lower blinds, which are the wrong size; there is a two inch gap on each side, as a temporary measure so I would have some covering over my front window. I have heard nothing from the company and am unable to contact them.

      Ordered shutters with lifetime warranty in March 2021 from Arizona Blinds. My initial contact was with Senior Sales and Design Consultant, ***************************. I paid a $1575 deposit and was told it would be 10 weeks for installation. May 19,2021 I received an email from customer service manager, ***************************, saying that everything going as expected but my order has been delayed and new estimated installation will be late June or early July. On June 29,2021, I received an email from *************************** in accounting (with a cc to *************************) making more excuses and saying now installation pushed back to September. I also spoke with **** in June or July and rather than helping, made sarcastic comments about how, didnt I watch the news about shortages. On November 24,2021 I received an email letter from *********************** who explained that he is the president and again making excuses and assuring that the deposit you put down is not going to be stolen and saying new install time expected to be January 27-February 27. I tried contacting the company after receipt and *************************** instead of helping, I was directed to read the letter from the company president. ***** email this time was signed as office manager & accounting with cc to both *********************** and *************************. I still do not have my blinds, 11 months later and when I call the company now they dont answer and the phone number is disconnected. I was able to contact *************************** (my initial contact) via her personal cell phone and she told me the company is out of business and to try contacting ***** Shutters (where they get their product). I spoke with them and was told they sent out the last of the orders for Arizona blinds back in October. Please help. Ohaire Sutters in October

      Ordered plantation shutters on 4/14/21. Put $4555 as down payment. Quoted delivery/installation time was 10 - 12 weeks. Received email communication sighting delays due to supply chain issues on 6/10/21, 9/15/21, 11/2/21 & 11/24/21. The final email included a letter from the company president providing the installation timing to be 1/27/22 - 2/27/22. On 1/31/22 I tried contacting the company to get my installation scheduled - the phone was no longer in service and my email has not been responded to. I was able to reach the person who did the measuring and took my order - she had worked for the company for 12 years. She claimed Arizona Blinds was no longer in business, and she was out a lot of money as well.

      Paid Arizona Blinds a deposit of $2,270 for two sliding glass door shutters on August 4, 2021. Since that time, we have had no communication from the company regarding our order and the company has failed to provide the contracted doors. I have attempted to contact the company by email and telephone with no response. The telephone number states that the number is no longer in service. Research on the Internet reveals multiple other customers who have placed orders and paid deposits for blinds and shutters that they have never received. The company may very well have gone out of business.

      Date of Transaction: 7/15/2021 Paid deposit of $2,700 Was told I would have blinds installed within 3 months, received communication that they were behind and would install in November. Received email from owner ************************* that they would install in January 2022. Their doors are now closed, no answer on their phone, website is down. No refund. Had to file dispute with credit card.

      We ordered wood shutters for our entire home on 6/3/21 with a promised delivery date of **** weeks. We made at $4400 deposit with the remaining $1908 due at completion. I reached out to the company on 8/23/2021 to inquire about installation date and was told the shutters were delayed due to lack of staff until November. I was then contacted and told the date had been moved to mid-December or January. On 11/24/2021 we received a letter from the company CEO stated our order was once again delayed until mid-January or February. I just began inquiring about our order and the nobody and it appears the company is no longer in business. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone, the phone is disconnected and the storefront is abandoned. We are trying any means available to get our large deposit refunded so we can reordered somewhere else as we currently have not window coverings.

Since then, the company has delayed installation multiple times, avoided contact as much as they could, and ultimately promised we would have our installation by February 2022 in an generic email letter to all their clients waiting for orders dated November 24th 2021 . I tried to reach them by phone today, all of the phone numbers, their website and physical location are all closed or inoperable. I fear we have been swindled and our deposit stolen. I was able to reach the sales person we worked with (her personal cell phone number was in my notes) she is no longer with the company and noted they still owe her commissions.
