      I placed an order on 9/14/21 with ********************* for plantation shutters for my home. I gave ***** a $1,700 deposit for this order with a promise of an **** week turnaround.I have been trying to reach out to this company and ***** since December for a status update. ***** gave me a shady response asking to call the office. I have called their office at ************ many times, only to have my calls go to voicemail and never get a return call. I have tried to call that number today, 1/8/22, and the number is now out of service.I am concerned that this company has stolen my $1,700.

      I placed an order with Arizona Blinds at the beginning of October 2021 and provided a 50% deposit. I was told it would be around 8 weeks for my order to be delivered and installed. When I received no word by the end of December 2021 I reached out again for an update. The sales representative who helped me initially notified me that she was no longer with the company so I contacted the front office directly. After several weeks of calling and leaving voicemails I have still not received any type of response. Their voicemail claims that they're relocating so there's not an office for me to physically visit to get more information. When I found this company originally they had good reviews online, however, now they have horrible reviews and I've realized I'm not the only one with this issue. It seems that this company has scammed multiple people who have ordered blinds. It appears they went out of business several months ago with no intentions of providing the product that many people, like myself, have ordered over these last several months. Any help you can provide in resolving this issue would be very much appreciated.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In August of last year, I bought $6K worth of automatic blinds for 6 windows. It was several months of delay, which was expected due to covid for install. They were in October, and when they were here, advised me that one of the large windows the blind hit the side of the window, so could not close all they way. They recommended that the side of window be sanded down. Post leaving, I had a contractor and also a professional painter come and they both advised that this was not possible due to the walls had steel and could not be sanded. This is when all the issues started with Arizona Blinds. They have NO customer service post installation. They refused to send out the installer to adjust the blind, a simple adjustment for a trained installer. To find out, Arizona blinds contracts out their installation and take no responsibility for them. i paid AZ Blinds for material and installation and was never advised it was an outside party. The installer owner ***** would not have her installer come back out since they wanted to be paid for the visit and AZ Blinds would not pay them. It was obvious there was an issue between these companies, and I was the unfortunate one with blinds that do not close properly. AZ blinds do not answer their phones, the sales rep did not respond nor the owner who I sent emails and made several calls. The ** of operations told me her hands are tied. What, seriously, this is customer service for a very large install that cost us a lot of money. In the end, I have a large picture window with an improper install.

      I purchased blinds and shutters for my entire home from Arizona Blinds in January 2021. The blinds were installed in March 2021, the shutters were installed in August.In November our automated blind stopped working, we called Arizona Blinds and left messages asking what we should do to get the blind repaired. After several messages we went to their show room in Peoria. The sign on the door indicated Arizona Blinds had been evicted. Since it looked like the company was out of business, I called another *************************** dealer asking how to get the motor repaired. They gave me the name of an authorized *************************** repair shop.I finally heard from Arizona Blinds after we had dropped off our blind to be repaired. ************************* from Arizona Blinds said if we needed any help to contact her by email.We picked up our blind and brought it home. We cannot get the remote to reset so the blind stops at the floor, it wants to go another 2 feet. My husband has been to the *************************** website and You Tube but the instructions are not working.I have sent ************************* 2 emails, the second email said she is out of the office and to send any correspondence to ********************************** I sent ****; I believe the owner of AZ Blinds an email asking for some assistance. I have left numerous voicemail requests for help with our remote for the automation of our blinds.I would like to know; is this company still in business and if so, how do I contact them and get a response.

      I ordered plantation blinds in March 2021, I was told to expect install in July or August, received email then to expect install in October and now I have received email that install will be in January of 2022. We paid a $1700 deposit. To date we have no shutters and cannot get a hold of anyone at business. No email response, no voicemails are being returned. My wife and I are desperate and we do not know who else to turn to.

      We ordered wood shutters for our home on March 22, ************************************************ beginning of June. Arizona Blinds kept postponing installation due to supply issues related to Covid. When we still did not have the shutters in August, we contacted the ** of Operations to request a refund of our deposit of $4,456. She emailed us pictures of our shutters that were completed and just waiting on the frames. She assured us she would at least get the front window shutters installed by Sept.28th and the rest by mid-month October. The front shutters did not get installed as promised and we were emailed while on vacation to schedule installation for all shutters for Oct.28th-31st. We responded that any of those dates would work for us. The ** emailed us again with a multitude of excuses about problems with installers and confirmed a date of installation for Nov.5th. The installer called this morning to cancel claiming to be at the ** and will try to come tomorrow. This company has lost any credibility with us! We want to have our shutters installed or a full refund by next week.

      Hello, my name is ******* and I am reaching out to the BBB because I need assistance getting my order delivered. I placed an order with AZ Blinds for shutters on March 9, 2021 and paid $1,600 (half down as they require) and it is now almost November and they still haven't delivered my product. It's been almost 8 months! AZ Blinds customer service has been very poorly. I have been extremely patient with them but enough is enough. Back in August, I called them to ask when my shutters would be delivered and they gave me the same excuse, that they are behind with their orders. At that time, I had told them I was going to reach out to the BBB and the manager emailed me asking not to and to give them more time. I was kind enough to not reach out to the BBB then since the manager said my order would be placed. It's been over 8 weeks since that email and I still haven't heard back from them or received my order. This is just unacceptable. If there would've been more communication on their behalf, I would have been more understanding but there has been no updates since the manager last emailed me back in August. We are 3 days away from November! And overall, I would always be the one reaching out to them and asking about my product. They never had the courtesy to reach out to let me know my product wouldn't be delivered as promised. At this point, I am starting to feel this is just fraud and they're just going to keep my $1,600! Please help me get my product delivered. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter!

      I ordered shutters on 2/27/21 with the estimated timeline of **** weeks for them to be installed. It has now been 8 months and they still have not given me a definite ETA and they fail to respond to my emails, phone calls, or voicemails. I need a refund of my $1731 deposit OR an exact guaranteed date of installation.

      Good Afternoon,

      I have sent an email to the customer letting her know that we are not going to refund her deposit as the deposit was used to pay for materials on her order placed in February.  I also reminded her that she and a customer service rep from the office spoke with her on a time frame for installation last week.  We are always doing our very best to keep moving forward. with all of the supply chain issues and loss of all the employees and rehire and training we have had to do over the past several months, it has put us more behind that we anticipated ever happening.  our goal is to always install the most beautifully wood crafted furniture grade shutters that our clients are expecting, we will be installing end of next month (November)

      Ordered Plantation Shutters on February 12, 2021 with with the expectation that shutters would be installed in May. In May we were told that due to Pandemic they would be delayed until late June. In June we were told to expect installation in We ordered Plantation shutters on Feb. 12, 2021 with a installation date of May. After calling in May, we were told that due to Pandemic there would be a delay until June. In June, we were told to expect installation in August, then in August delay until September. We still do not have the shutters on this date October 12, nor are we able to receive any communication from this company. No response to email, nor return calls from the company. We understand some delays due to Pandemic; however other companies are making timely deliveries and do a much better job in responding to their customers.

      The client and I have discussed this matter and I have been able to make special arrangements to have shutters installed Monday 10/25. I am awaiting an email response to confirm the date and time.  We regret having run so far behind on production and installation, we are doing our best to get orders in as quickly as we can as it benefits both our clients and our company to install.
