    **** **** was a true professional. He knew what he was doing and took his time. He said he loves his job and I believe him! Last year I was very disappointed with howard air service today I am very pleased.

    We called Howard Air to service our ac, it wasn't cooling at all. They were there the next day, but with bad news. Our ac had blown a coil and possibly the compressor. The repair would be minimum of $6k and six weeks for parts, but to replace it with a new, better unit was $13500. We're VERY thankful ***** **** was there and helped us get the new unit. It was installed the next morning. He was the one who sold us our old ac unit 12 years ago. I highly recommend Howard Air for any ac issue.

    I called Howard Air to get a second opinion because of trust issues with my current A/C company. ***** checked my unit and found it did NOT need any repair although my current A/C company had tried to convince me I needed repair...and quoted me almost $6,000. I am SO THANKFUL for finding a honest company and a honest technician. Going forward, Howard Air is my go-to company.

    We had **** from Howard Air come give us a second opinion on our a/c unit. He was thorough, knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix our unit for much less than a previous quote. He explained everything, showed us exactly what the issue was and discussed further maintenance options to keep our unit running smoothly. Highly recommend Howard Air. They are honest, reliable and efficient! 10/10

    I have called on Howard Air for service for nearly 10 years - and two different homes - and have never been disappointed. Today I had a recommended service, two surge protectors and conduit installed to protect wiring, and as usual, the service was completed during the time stated and the Howard tech was courteous and very professional with a full explanation of the work completed. I feel confident when I call Howard Air that the work will be well done.

    December 2024 new air conditioner and furnace units installed. Had technicians out two times because we can’t get heat to the first floor furnace. They replaced thermostat and didn’t test furnace. We are still without heat. They say they don’t have parts or another unit to replace so we can get some heat in the house. This is not good business when we get sold a unit that doesn’t work. They do not appear to be in any rush to resolve after they took our money.
