    In the middle of January 2017, I was disabled and moved into ********************************* with my two young sons. They gave me the runaround for weeks about my apartment and then out of nowhere switched the apartment I was supposed to be moving into. Once I got into the apartment, I was floored at how disgusting it was. It wasn't move-in ready in the slightest. The dishwasher was detached. The refrigerator was filthy. The carpet was thread bare. There were random holes in the walls. The toilet was broken and disgusting. The blinds were bent and broken in places. Random stickers from a previous resident were left on the wall, And to make matters worse the apartment was infested with roaches and other bugs. They crawled on the wall. I had to invest in a lot of RAID, which didn't help. I reported this to the office on my move-in inspection sheet and on a separate piece of paper and got no response. I have an auto-immune illness and these living conditions were not only dangerous to my health but also to my children's health. Due to the unsanitary living conditions, my ten-year-old son contracted a blood virus and had to be rushed to the hospital where days later he had to undergo open heart surgery. I was forced to abandon the apartment due to the living conditions. It was life or death for my family. Then *** got involved because of how filthy the living conditions were. I never brought furniture or food into the apartment the entire month resided there because of the many roaches and bugs. Then there was also a flood in my apartment due to bad pipes. Due to all the health issues, I couldn't post this soon. Now, ******************************* are sending me notices saying I was evicted and need to pay over $2000. They almost killed my child. I refuse to pay for their negligence. And I want this eviction taken off my rental history immediately or I will have to pursue legal recourse.

    I'm blind and upheld 3 years living at Bellridge with my wife. This place is in horrible condition with mold in the walls and floors, and ceilings. It has serious plumbing problems, structural damage throughout the complex. They're incompetent and never fixed anything. It was so full of mold my wife developed a constant cough and they wouldn't accommodate my request for first floor due to me being blind. We wanted to move but found it was going to be financially difficult due to COVID-19 and raised prices City wide. So when we tried to sign the new lease they refused and said they don't have to give reason. They in turn gave us a 10 day notice to vacate. We had to move out of state and live with family and after a year went by we get a bill from collections saying that we owe them $2,700 for damage to the apartment. The only damage was from their neglect of the property. The conditions they expect people to live in is a health hazard and they never fixed anything and would just keep putting us off. We lost so much money from their actions. We ended up homeless and had to put belongings in storage and move. This is ridiculous that they are billing me a year later so I can lessen their financial burden. If I left damage which I didn't they would have processed eviction paperwork to back their claim. They're incompetent management and the way they treated the tenants and the neglect of the property is disgusting. Roaches, bedbugs so bad I had to throw away everything I owned beds, dressers, all furniture and clothing and they never gave me anything for loosing my belongings. The conditions of crime, drugs, killings, constant fear of my safety to only have them try to ruin my credit after I got established in another state is ballsy to say the least. I want them to stop the unlawful collection and remove it from my credit report. They're the only negative claim on my credit report and I don't have any responsibility to them. I have plenty of witnesses to the conditions.

    The following issues need to be addressed promptly: infestations of bugs, mold under the floors, cement cracking under the flooring throughout the unit, unsealed cracks in walls, replaced broken appliances . These problems not only affect the habitability of the unit but also pose a health and safety risk to myself and others living in the property.

    Moved out of apartments which were ***** infested 10/25/22 and its going on 3 months and I havent gotten my $100 deposit back no communication on where it is and why I havent record it everytime I call I get a rude new assistant who cant give and update on deposit because its not in her job description then the property manager will say she will call be back after speaking with owners and never do. This place has a $500 admin fee thats non refundable but cant even give back $100 security deposit . I feel scammed after paying rent on time everytime for a year and even over paying one month to be sitting here almost 3 months later waiting on a deposit no one wants to update me about

    Good afternoon, I have reported my apartment complex Bellridge Apartments to the Better Business Bureau because they refuse to communicate with me or answer me. I am providing evidence that again I have contacted the email provided asking for management or corporate or someone in higher authority to reach out to me in regards to the status of the complaint of *****. Also that the work order is still incomplete one of the burners on the stove is still not fixed there is a part that they do not have and I do not know because they did not communicate when they will have that done. No one is providing customer service, no one is reaching out to speak to me or talk to me in person by phone and or email or communicate with me by letter to speak with me about the complaints that I have made. I mentioned in my last report that the maintenance supervisor was unaware of the reports that had been made and I'm not quite sure why when I have made reports since last week. There is no ************** or watching this facility that is taking complaints seriously but there are issues that are being hidden and not brought to the light. I paid a heavy price and I'm still paying in retaliation by being ignored and by them avoiding to communicate with me.

    Good afternoon, I am responding to the Better Business bureaus response to my email that **** ridge Apartments have not responded to you. Belle ridge Apartments has not reached out to me and communicated with me at all. Management nor corporate has reached out to me. I had a very stressful exchange with the maintenance supervisor. I have provided documentation as well as a recording of my experience with this apartment complex. You will hear the unprofessionalism and the inappropriate behavior in the extreme measures that had to be taken. When this audio was recorded that is when the stove was fixed and one of the burners is still not fixed. I would like this audio to speak for itself and please understand that I was frustrated and that I have apologized to the maintenance supervisor that I wish I may have been a little bit more calm but was very adamant to get answers. I asked for legal justifications as to why repairs were unable to be made, I also asked why the maintenance supervisor was not aware of certain complaints that were made that should have been made aware to him. Also, I have sent out my complaints and certified mail to the apartment complex so I am sure that they should receive every complaint that I have made. Again I had to use my own money and was without a stove for several days and still nobody has contacted me. I feel that I am being neglected and targeted and discriminated against though I have done nothing wrong nor breached my lease or contract. Thank you for taking the time to consider my complaint and investigating please do not give up in these efforts as I would like to see a resolution or solution.

    My complaint against ***** is in full description in the uploaded documentation, as it had too many characters for this box. I have been threatened to be evicted from my home without violating or breaking the law in any type of way. I am being harassed, targeted, and discriminated against without cause or provocation of any kind. I am being retaliated against for making a complaint against the worker at this facility. I am concerned for ******* mental state, someone in good health and good decision making would not abruptly uproot me from my home and cause me to be in a devastating situation for unwarranted reasons. There are cameras on this property, they may possibly have audio and I'm asking that it be requested so you can watch this behavior and unprofessionalism for yourself. My well-being at this facility is already being compromised. I have left a voicemail in regards to the complaints that I made regarding ***** management nor corporate has communicated or contacted me. Also, regarding replacing stove heating and dish pants. I have not received a call back today so I am reporting again I do not feel that my complaints are concerns matter nor are they a priority. The main concern the mistreatment and mishandling and bad practice of business. The extra money being spent because I cannot use my stove. If there is anything being done good or bad, it is certainly being hidden from me. Just for warning someone that they shouldn't work here because their life may be in jeopardy it is dangerous and unsafe, I was threatened to be evicted, harassed and disrespected.When I am potentially trying to avoiding a tragedy.No security measures have improved, look at the way they're treating me I didn't think he would stand a chance or anybody else said that.

    No one has communicated with me from management or corporate about the complaint that I made towards an employee, or replacing the eyes on the stove and the dishes underneath it. No response from emails I sent out, no one has reached out to me by phone. From Friday to Sunday I have not been able to **** as I cannot use my stove and I've had to purchase food over the weekend. I feel my apartment complex is retaliating against me for reporting them. I feel that I am being targeted that they are using strategic manipulation and intimidation recklessly being negligent with me, choosing to make me suffer instead of helping to accommodate and assist me to be comfortable as their tenant. The behavior is inappropriate unprofessional and irresponsible this does not make me feel safe. The people that run this place make me feel unsafe unwelcomed unwanted, if I cannot trust and depend on them how do I find solutions? I am being retaliated against mistreated mishandled I would like someone to investigate this facility. As a tenant they're making it hard to survive intentionally leaving me at a dis*** in my home and disrupting my well-being. Threatening to take my home, treating me like a abused child ignoring and avoiding responsibility and accountability for me as their tenant. However, this is the problem because I pay my rent which includes services that they are to follow for the lease. If I can't turn to the people that are in control and have the authority to do something about my issues, how will I be helped in this situation at all or any other tenants that *** be having similar or worse issues than my own? There is no integrity no security in any sense of the word or sincerity. Can someone investigate the policies, procedures, and regulations on what is supposed to be done for tenants and how. Also, I am now uncomfortable with the maintenance men they have because they allow them to use profanity with the tenants and have fits of rage or outburst with no penalties.

    I have provided these reviews to show you that it is self-explanatory that this facility has obviously created patterns for itself. There has not been any improvement over the years of much, only in exchange of different workers and different positions and seats being filled. History does not lie it speaks for itself and this facility is known for its violence, the criminal activities, the deaths that happen here, the drug usage and third parties that run rampant in here that do not live amongst these residents. I have not seen even in the reviews of anyone truly taking that opportunity to ensure safety to make sure things have been implemented for the residents to feel at ease instead of being vulnerable open targets to the public,problematic residents, and difficult employees. The reviews will speak for itself on workers in the facility that are doing the best they can to keep this facility going and other examples of why there is a problem going on with how it is being run today. The resistance to want to do the right thing as far as maintenance and proper protocol to actually have customer satisfactory that is a goal to achieve and not just a mirror tip of advice. What more needs to happen in this community for there to be a change? I have lived here for over 2 years it may seem quiet but the problems here are very loud. Is there a protocol to check on the way this facility is renting to people? Is there a protocol to follow for how this facility cleans Apartments because the condition that they're in when you buy them is in disgusting. Those that are higher up in authority or have the ability to do something seem to be like ghost. The retaliation here is so fierce that anytime you make a complaint like myself you made me threatened to be kicked out of your home with the 5-day notice or intimidated in one way shape form or another. Warning someone of the dangers here almost got me kicked out of my apartment. Does that seem fair to you?

    This facility has a habit of refraining from providing managerial information and or corporate information to make an official complaint or speak to somebody in authority. The workers at this facility as well as the sister property Desert Star guard corporate as well as any contact information to make a complaint like it's area 51 these facilities are not in any type of way Elite! They are in desperate need of help. I do not know if legally it's okay for you to be unable to reach someone to make a complaint but it is certainly causing an issue and leaves all of the residents at a dismay because you're not able to directly speak to someone, a third party has to speak for you which isn't fair. I have made complaints this facility and the workers do not take it seriously I contacted the Better Business Bureau and nothing has changed they have not come to fix the maintenance nobody contacted me in *********************************** as well as the other residents because that is how the system works here and it needs to change because it's faulty.We deserve to live in a place where our voice is heard where we're able to contact people in authority in corporate or directly speak to managers when we are having issues and deserve for any of our issues to be taken care of and not to be ignored for days and months. The only reason I've had to contact the BBB is because no other information is solicited for you to be able to speak with someone in charge so I have to go this route because nobody is willing to offer information. Please contact this business and make things right for the residents that live here. Enforce some type of organized system between the workers and the residents with the way things are run here. This facility has already proven that it cannot keep it's security safe so they cannot keep us safe they don't make the effort. Are you able to hire people that will make a difference in this environment and for this community that will care for our safety?
