I ordered parts for my car through southwest performance. When I received the parts they were damaged, and they sent wires for a v8 motor instead of a v6 like I ordered. I tried calling them , I was informed through a automated service that they don't answer phone calls, I would have to email them. Which I did with pictures and the parts number and a explanation of what was wrong, well a few hours later I received a email automated, asking me to send pictures and part number, which I did and still haven't heard back from a "real" person yet. To get the matter resolved. I decided to to look up reviews on this company and every review sounds like exactly what I have delt with. I just want my money back. I ordered a part for this company and they charged me 116 for a part and then some how charged me again, 109 they show as two different transactions, but only one order I also wish to cancel that order and I am unable to make any contact with this company only through email and which is not accomplishing my goals of getting my money back. I dont make a lot of money and Im pretty ticked off about it. I just want my refund and Ill never fall with them again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dipstick for an ls engine it ended up not working for my application I emailed them and they said I had to pay for return shipping and then they tell me that there is a 10% or $15 fee whatever is higher for a $30 item I would brake even or lose money to return there item to themInitial Complaint

I ordered a control arm kit from them in November and one of the parts wrong so I sent it back and a couple of week they sent me back the wrong part again it took several emails to get the to get me a RGA and shipping label and they sent me the wrong part again they assured me they would get me the right part this time I have been emailing them to see what was going on they created a shipping label on the 16th and it still has not shipped I emailed them again and they to me they were having trouble with the shipping company ***** so I called ***** today and they said the label was made on the 16th but no one had called them to pick it up I have been lied to so many times over this I have never seen customer service I just want the right part for my car that's been down for over 2 months I can show over 15 emails to support what I am sayingInitial Complaint

On July 5, 2022 I purchased a Small Block Serpentine Front Drive System from Southwest Performance Parts through Amazon for $1,335.58. This kit was advertised to include all of the front accessories including an A/C compressor. They advertised this by photo and also in the item description. When I received the item on July 13, 2022, there was no A/C compressor in the packages. I immediately sent a message to the company stating what was missing. They (****) responded later that evening requesting more details and photos of what was received. I sent what they requested and got a reply the next day. The reply stated they forwarded the information to the warehouse. A few days later I asked for an update and they stated they were still waiting for a response from the warehouse. About 2 weeks later (July 30, 2022) I sent another message to the company and they again responded they would forward my info to the warehouse. This kit would not work without the compressor so I had to go buy a bypass pulley just to be able to use the kit. I advised them the truck has now sold and I wanted a partial refund for the cost of the compressor plus the ** sales tax. They stated that I could return the unused kit and pay a restocking fee along with return shipping, after I had already explained the kit was installed and the truck has since sold. I do not have a need for the compressor anymore and would like a partial refund for the amount of the compressor and the sales tax I paid for the compressor portion of the kit. Also on the checklist included in the packaging, the a/c compressor was on the list but had a line drawn through it and was signed off by two separate individuals. I purchased two products for F series **** pickup. One was turn signal lights. The description said they would fit **** F-100. In fact it claimed to fit **** thru **** F series and Bronco. The description is false. They do not fit any **** F series nor bronco years ****-****. I ask to return my order and upgrade one package on June 21, 2022. I ask for a refund on the false description tail lights. They sent a return number and I paid for return shipping. The package tracker tells me they received the return with packing number posted on outside of package over two weeks ago. I have tried to make contact through the contact email. I have ask what is my next move to order the upgrade light kit. I only get robo emails asking for packaging information. I have sent this info each email. I cannot get any cooperation to resolve this matter, nor any info as if they are going to attempt to resolve it. The original order # SWPP-WC-*****. The return RMA# ****. I ordered a part on 7/4/22 and the part said 73 in stock. On 7/6 the order said completed. I tried to call them after reading their shipping was 1-3 days. Their number does not accept calls and can only email sales. After emailing them I they told me they are trying to contact their warehouse and move my order along. They sent me an email 7/7/22 of a tracking number that for over a week has said label created. I have emailed multiple times asking when it will be shipped and they responded 7/11/22 that the website had an error and they do not have them in stock. I then requested my money back in full since the product has never left their facility I should not pay restocking fee and obviously do not want an extended warranty for something I no longer want. I ordered a serpentine belt kit for a sbc order # SWPP-WC-***** on May 2nd, 2022. I received a tracking number on May 3, 2022. After checking the tracking number for a week the shipper had never received my item. I then tried to reach them and I could not find a good contact number and they wouldn't answer me on the website. I finally emailed them on the address at the bottom of their contact page. They replied on May 16, 2022 saying the warehouse was very busy. I asked again when they will finally ship and then they said they were back ordered. I asked how long until back in stock and they said 30 to 45 days. I then requested a refund. I received an email on May 16 stating I would receive a full refund of $1249.99 in 7 to 10 days. I kept asking for my refund. On June 2, 2022 I was told that they are making me a priority. I decided to look them up and saw that their rating is a F and they do not return people's money. I had to go buy the part elsewhere because I couldn't wait. I would like a refund. I never received anything and they are taking way too long to refund me and I now believe they have no intent to refund me.
