    December 23rd 2023, was in a collision with my vehicle. I was rear ended. The lady who hit me was insured under ******************************** They recommended I get the rear end damage repaired by Innovation Auto. The vehicle went into the shop in early January 2024. The vehicle had prior damage to the front end, which ****** (the manager/owner of the shop), told me he would quote me on while they would repair the rear. They quoted me $5000 to fix the front in mid-February. I told them no at first. I left for basic training for the **** on March 5th, 2024. When I graduated at the end of March, I contacted ****** to see if my vehicle was finished, it was not. He said they were waiting on parts. He then asked me again if I wanted to fix the front. He told me it would make sense to fix everything at once. So I told him to proceed. I ended up paying the full $5000 in July 2024. My mother and I split the bill 50/50 with our credit cards. He kept telling me the vehicle would be done, but it has never been repaired. I emailed ************ to ask for an update, but they told me to contact the shop. I then called the adjuster and they told me they had no idea the vehicle wasnt being repaired. This process has been dragging on, with the insurance company not knowing what to do. They finally as of two weeks ago told me they would total the vehicle, but I am still out the $5k. I am not sure what to do, but Commonwealth Casualty basically told me I cant do anything about the $5k. They said I might be able to get the money back, but the chances are slim to none. Now I have no vehicle, and am out $5k. I am not sure what direction to go. I dont make much money in the military, so this issue is really taking a toll. I appreciate your time and your help

    This business was paid ***** dollars to fix my roof-the debris was never picked up off my property-two months later a roofer came to my property and stated he wasnt paid-the addition of my house was not done with shingles as it had before -the business claims they didnt have enough money for materials and I have material left at my home-also wood was taken that was never placed on my roof -I didnt want to speak to ****** in regards to filing another claim because he didnt pay a worker-I was not going to trust him when he left me all the debris to pick up and I had been having problems with my insurance company because of it-this man is a scam artist and I should of trusted my instincts since the beginning but because he was referred to by my insurance agent I thought he was legit

    My oldest son and his partner were involved in a car accident on November 3rd, 2023. It was not their fault another driver was texting and driving and shoved my child's car into a ***** Passport causing damage to both the front and rear bumpers of the vehicle. Fortunately, no one hurt and the driver was issued a citation.Since the accident, the car sits torn up - totally unfinished and looking like it's not being worked on at ******** shop I was assigned Innovation Auto Specialists Collision Division (*********************************************************************) (P: ****************) suggested to our dismay by **********************. The supposed owner is a gentleman named ******. ****** reached out shortly after the accident and assured me I was in good hands and would be taken care of during this stressful time. He kept me updated on the progress of the insurance claim and when I could surrender the vehicle to start the repair process. Once he said we were good to go, I offered to drop my vehicle off myself at the lot but he insisted on coming to pick up the vehicle himself, and since this was my first time dealing with accident damage, I thought this was protocol.I surrendered my auto on February 7th, 2024. It is now October 2nd 2024, and my kids still don't have their ****** kids have had to pay the car payment for a vehicle they have not been able to drive for almost ONE YEAR. Plus they had to pay for a rental car because the driver-at-fault's insurance ran out. The owner, ****** at Innovation Auto is THE WORST AT COMMUNICATION!! He won't return dozens of calls. He spends so much precious TIME with lots of excuses (parts, supply chain, security breech, on and on) versus GETTING CARS DELIEVERED AT HIS PROMISED TIME. STAY FAR AWAY FROM INNOVATION AUTO SPECIALISTS! He also likes to throw around lawyer, attorney and demanding more $$ from clients.

    Me and my partner were involved in a car crash November 3rd of 2023 we decided to go through the lady's insurance, ******* rear ended us into another vehicle. my partner dropped the car off to innovation auto specialist collision division on February 7th of 2024. we were then issued a check by the lady's insurance to pay the auto body shop, the insurance company Bristol west also ended up sending an additional 10k to innovation auto to fix and repair our car. it is now almost the end of august and our car still hasn't been repaired or touched. we are finically suffering due to the lies and deception of the owner and the false promises made to us. we really would appreciate any help in getting this matter resolved. I have attached photos throughout the months of the car sitting in the lot with dates and time stamps - most recent photos were taken yesterday 8/28/24. I have also attached a more in-depth statement regarding what I just wrote above, please reach out to me regarding needing any more information

    I, *************************************, and my ******, ****************************, have spent several months ( September pf 2023 to January 2024) doing business with ***********************************, the owner of Innovation Auto Specialists, on two auto theft claims. The first claim was approved by my husband and myself for he and his company to work with, however we did express to ****** several times that we did not want to go through with the second claim due to the deductible amount, and our lack of funds, however he performed the service anyway. After several months of "waiting on parts", then obtaining the parts but many weeks of unanswered phone calls, ****** finally took the vehicle, a ***************, keeping it for an estimated 3 weeks, when promised the it would be kept for a maximum of 1 week. As a courtesy, ********************** offers to pay 1 week for car rental services, however due to his inaccuracy of the amount of time needed to repair the vehicle he promised to pay for the remaining balance of the car rental services knowing that we could not afford to pay for the remaining balance of the car rental services, but needed to get our daughter back and forth to school. My husband ened up paying the balance with the promise that ********************** would compensate him for the remaining balance of $308.00, but to no avail. My husband and I have been calling and texting ********************** and his business, but we are met with call and text avoidance since January 30 of 2024. My husband attempted to call ********************** today, but was manually sent to voicemail. If my husband and I could be assisted on the matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

    ********************** promised to assist my husband and me with any financial aid in regards to car rental payments due to our financial restraints, however ********************** failed to reimburse $308.00 to my husband and me for our final car rental payment. ********************** has been avoiding calls, texts, and ****** requests through his wifes paypal account, which he provided my husband inorder to assist with the reimbursement. My husband and I have been trying to contact ********************** since early February regarding the reimbursement, but to no avail. The calls and text messages were provided in the original claim if needed.

    My ******** 2015 that I own and have my title has been in this shop for over a year. The owner has been giving me excuses of how he's looking for parts to repair it... however I was never given an estimate and at this point he is not allowing me to see my car and won't allow me to take it out of his shop. This is very frustrating since I won this car and this shop is not communicating with me.this vehicle is worth between $22 to 25 thousand. Please help me. thank you ***********************
