Hello, We signed a contract with Priced right shades at ********************************** to install window shutters across our whole house for approximately 13000$ in Mar 2023. with *** ****** number ************) and **** ****** number - ********** ) who are owners of this company. Two employees, **** and *** came to our house around May 2023 and installed most of the shutters. They missed one shutter in our kitchen and they refused to install a shutter in the Garage as there was a huge Granite slab blocking the way slightly. We agreed to install the shutter in garage once we moved the granite slab. I had to ***************** and **** for months before I could even get them on a phone call and we finally agreed that his guys had missed the kitchen shutter. Finally they installed the kitchen shutter in May 2024 after one year. By that time, we had moved the granite from the garage and informed *** and **** that they should install the garage shutter. But they cannot find my original shutter. It is somewhere in their warehouse and somehow no one is going to the warehouse and find the shutter. The last 12 months have been extreme pain for me. First I had to call *** almost everyday and he would not remember who I was and where I live. Secondly *** has yelled at me several times. Third, there have been multiple instances where *** has given me a date and time and no one has showed up at my place. We had to reschedule a lot of appointments so that we dont miss ***'s guys. I have been asking *** to refund my money for the garage shutter. Every time I ask for my money back, *** gives me a new data for install and then no one shows up. Then *** gives me a new excuse and new date and after a year, I dont have my garage shutter installed. My Garage is now VERY HOT and I cannot keep my car in there hence I have to park on the driveway. Can you pl. help me either get my garage shutter installed or atleast help me get my money back for that shutter.
