            My wife and I purchased new countertops thru ********** in ******. ********** subcontracted it with the French Quarry in *******. This work was done in September and October 2020. We have been trying to get this situation resolved since then. At first **********/ ****** gave us a number to contact. It was ***** Systems. We tried contacting them and I went to the place of business and found out they were bought out by someone else the same day. This gentleman gave me wrong information about himself. I looked up the Countertop Factory and called them directly. I went thru the run around and sent to someones voicemail. I never heard back from the Countertop Factory.I went back to ********** in ****** for some help. They were not sure who gave the wrong information but they told me ***** System was not the company. They told me it was the French Quarry. They gave me a number to contact and said they would send them a email. I contacted the French Quarry and a gentleman ( ***** told me they would get back to me but it will be while. He is backed up. That was 4 weeks ago.My wife and I spent approximately $9,000 on our countertops. I sent **********/ ****** another email. ***** has been my main contact. I feel like they just email to say they are doing something but nothing is getting done. This has been a 2 year battle for my wife and I with wrong information and bad customer service.The main problem is: Our countertops were installed with haste. The men who installed them were in a hurry. The seams are coming apart. The faucet is rotating 180 degrees where it is on our countertops.The back splash grout is coming apart and water in getting thru to the wall behind the sink. The day the installers were scheduled to come out, the electrician did not come out and my wife and I disconnected the stovetop ourselves. ********** in ****** told us we should do it or reschedule the installation. We spent $9000.00 on this. Our complaint is ********** as well.

            Worst part of our entire remodel was ****** had promised to make the excessive problems and negligence right. He later disappeared, as all of them have done many times over the process. Our counter tops were installed incorrectly, where the drawer would not open because the sink was moved forward (per ******* insistence). Initially I had asked ****** 3 times, why it "needed" to be moved forward. Finally he just stopped responding to me and it was what it was. Until, I found out that it caused the issue with the drawer. This made them have to come back out, which is when the real issues began. They again took me away from my work to send out two unskilled laborers to fix the issue; sawing and grinding dust and debris all over our brand new kitchen (it covered the entirety of the room and the appliances, as well as our table from my wife's recently deceased grandmother). - All of this, because ****** insisted that the sink be moved forward, after I pleaded with him that it not be. During the "fix" of the initial issue, the laborers carelessly used and left running out ***** show all day, spewed dust all over everything, chipped our counter new marble counter top, damaged our brand new cabinets, and more. ****** then insisted that he come out to look at the issues in person, thus taking me away from my job, once again - after I had told him that, if I were to do this again, it would need to be for a good reason. He made promises, after seeing everything that he would fix it (replace the items), and then disappeared; cutting off all contact. Insult to injury fits ******** decisions. Sadly he was the one who created the "injury" in the first place, only to insult afterwards. They make promises that are never kept, they do not install anything properly the first time, they will damage and break things that you own in the process, and then take you away from your livelihood, only to turn their backs on you in the end.
