work started on 3/27/2021. the work was to refinish kitchen cabinets, and three bathrooms cabinets. They have been to house 4 times after completion to repair multible cracks in kitchen cabintes, reorder miss mesured doors, re-order doors that forgot to order. Now kitchen cabinets are craking. *** came out 20 Dec stated they would repair again. Now no answer to business line and text messages or no being recievedBusiness response

The information provided by ************* is correct. After the completion of his project we received a call about the panels of the doors separating. We came back and removed all of the doors from the home and refinished them. When the separation started to happen again, we removed the doors again and used a different product to try to resolve the issue. In December we were informed that a couple of the doors were separating again and one of our guys met with ************* and informed him we would fix the doors in question, but that we were closed for the holidays. During that time, the business phones were not working for a two day period, during which ************* tried to reach us. We have since reached back out to him and reassured him that we would take care of him as soon as we are back in the field. This has been delayed due to team members contracting Covid-19 over the holiday break.
Mr Dennys separation issue is one unique to his project. We have used the same time tested process for years and have not had the issues that have occurred on this project. Every time ************* has called we have responded as quickly as possible and every time we have done whatever it takes to resolve issues and we will continue to do so as long as it is necessary.
